On slim down, there used to be a online support group that was started to keep up motivation and encouragement. It seems to have dissolved over time but since we 05 brides are still trying to lose those last few pounds before our weddings, I thought maybe we could give it a go here?
Is anyone interested? I would start the weekly update threads but anyone can post whenever you need a boost or feel like you need some support.

Re: 05 diet support group?
It happens I know it must be frustrating. I took a week off from the gym (mainly because I was sick) but hopefully when I go back Monday it will kick my body back into gear LOL

Re: 05 diet support group?
Could it be that you are losing inches and not lbs?

could be. i hope with me changing me foods ill see a change. what's helping that during this plateau, its been between 1-3 lbs so at least it hasn't been drastic

GO Gail!!!
How about Kashi Go Lean for breakfast? It has a lot of fiber. I'm looking for reduced fat soy milk, I think Target has it.
