Hey! I have two blocks. One at the best western bar harbour ....right by the place, and another at the huntington hilton.

ok guys dont freak out!!

i went 2 days ago to check this place out and they were in the middle of construction...already had the foundation done but kept up the wall in th CH room.. so your weddings will go on. he said that the whole thing should be done in i think 2 weeks.

Thanks for the info!! Gina674 went last night and warned me that they had started and that hopefully they will finish. I am sure it will be done within 4 weeks, right? Please just say yes!
At least you later 06/07 Rivera Brides will not have to worry about construction.
I am sure it will look beautiful when it is done

Maybe if they are remodeling they should take down those pictures on the walls. Yuck!

I was there for our tasting on Saturday. We got to taste some cocktail hour food. All delicious! I would have liked more but its was ok!

For food tasting, do we get to tasted anything other than few of the cocktail hr food? We went right after booking and loved the lamb dish!

I was really disappointed in the tasting...I went with FH and father. The girl brought out a tiny dish and we were standing there and like that's it. Very upset with the tasting...why do you need to taste CH food, when other places let you taste the dishes which is the most important thing!

Victoria (our bm) said we could go back for the main course, but when we went for ours, Michelle did it, and she said she hates doing main course tastings...

Needless to say, we were still hungry after the CH tasting. My FMIL was about to say, 'So, which entree are we tasting?' to Megan....but, FFIL knew that was it and we left.

I've been to a wedding there and I know that the food is good, but it would be nice to go back for another tasting (for main entree).

We did not have a chance to look there was a wedding going on and we felt funny intruding. I feel so relaxed with them.

I went today and it was not looking good The place was dirty all over, the room was not even close to being done, my father was not helping me feel better and the owner pissed me off so it was a HORRIBLE visit to the Riviera with less than a week to go
