Out of that
117 people came
2 No Show the day of
and the rest were No's

NO matter what I would not give them more then your actual minimum unless you are WAY over it.
For ex. If your minimum is 150 and you have 180 rsvp yes then give them 175
If your minimum is 150 and 160 rsvp yes then give them 150
We had 2 people leave for emergencies, 2 that were no shows...2 that left after CH for an emergency.
Things will happen-trust me you wont notice the day of

We invited 175 and 119 came...but, I live in NC and no one from here made the trip up, so my numbers may be different.
