2007Official GTG Location Poll: Long Island or Manhattan

-Trying to figure out where we should have our gtg.

I voted for Manhattan. We've been trying to get one together for a while and haven't been able to. Also, there's already a LI GTG on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, so it'd be nice to have one in the city a few days later.

Ditto....my bahelorette party is Memorial day weekend so May 30th is perfect !!

good point! i am going to delete this poll and have people vote by posting 'long island' or 'manhattan'
although i think manhattan seems to be the popular choice..

I don't think you need to delete it - it doesn't let you vote more than once. At least not on my computer. Once you click it, that's it.

i voted for nassau, because its much more convenient for me since i live in nassau....

but i'm in the city pretty often, and it's not a problem for me to come in to meet everyone!

i work in the city and it would be easier for me to meet right after work... if we did it in Nassau, it would have to be later like 7 or so...

It's looking pretty even for Manhattan and Nassau.

Why not go ahead and plan both??? Hunnybunny, you were leaning more towards the NYC one, so run with that... and someone who voted for Nassau can take charge of that.

How does that sound?

Because the LI one is in Suffolk and is over an hour away from some of us Nassau girls. It would be lie saying that because westchester is having one then NYC shouldn't. Unfortunately LI is a big a$$ island.

I voted Nassau but if NYC wins, I will try my best to get there too.

i thought you were telling me that westchester was having one i was about to say that's frickin far! but i understand the whole LI nassau-suffolk thing...i think

for the manhattan gtg, my vote goes for midtown too!
