I got sick over the weekend and didn't really eat at all yesterday so I was starving today!!!!! Of course today was the start of my diet, I went over my points by I think by 3 and my calories by like 200 but I guess that is better than a massive overage right? I don't want this to discourage me!

I think that is totally ok. You body probably needed it. Keep up the good work MrsPy. I am on Day Two of staying on Point! Lets do this!

Just finished day one of week three of couch to 5k. Its tough especially when you have to jog for 3 minutes straight. But it feels so good to have done it!

Way to go! Keep it up. Don't worry MrsPy I had caught some kind of stomach bug too and stayed home from work yesterday I wanted to workout so bad but my body had no energy. I am going to push myself today to.

I have the membership where I can go to any Lucile Roberts but I mostly go to Plainview. Sometimes Westbury after work. Tomorrow is my first week down at WW so I'm hoping the scale is nice to me!! Haha

Good luck!

It's definitely good if you've never been a runner. Or haven't been in a long time. You actually feel it getting easier.

2014 Brides

Hey Ladies!!

I just wanted to share my own experiences recently with weight loss that might be of help to you... I've been unhappy with my weight for a few years now and after meeting FH and becoming extremely happy, added on an extra 10 pounds to that already unhappy number on the scale. I needed motivation and I needed a regiment that would be structured and help me get the pounds off. About a month after I got engaged I got in contact with one of my sorority sisters who had joined a program and lost a TON of weight... I NEEDED to know how she did it and I needed to jump on board. Well, 52 days later I have lost just under 20 pounds, plus inches all over my body. PLUS, I feel AMAZING. I haven't slept this good in years and I have this amazing energy which completely helps my workouts at the gym!! Here is a little blurb from the company about their weight loss system. If you are interested in it then please FM me and I will get you more information! I'm not selling this stuff, although I could if I had the time, but I am literally just so impressed and proud of the changes it has made in my life that I TRULY believe in this system.

THIS IS NOT A DIET AND NOT A FAD. IT IS NOT A COLON CLEANSE. It is a safe and effective total body nutritional cleansing system.
The systems average $10-$18 a day depending on the program, which is based on your personal goals.
There are shake days coupled with snacks and a 400-600 calorie meal. The shakes are filling and are NOT a slimfast type shake. They are superior to any protein shake on the market.
The shakes are a full meal replacement giving you total balanced nutrition. Your meal is not 'just a salad'. We have many easy, delicious recipes available to you.
What's loved most are the results: more energy, improved mood, restful sleep, added lean muscle, faster recovery, stronger performance, improved mental clarity, improved immune system, and less body fat!
We offer FREE COACHING the entire time, a support group, and DISCOUNTED PRICES which makes it even easier to stay on track. Backed by a 10 yr old company, our team style of coaching is bringing success to hundreds.

So glad to hear your weight loss journey is going so well. It is such a great feeling. I lost 30 lbs a little over a year ago and I've recently put on 8 lbs which I am trying to lose. I wish I could do a diet like that but I just can't do shakes as a meal. It's a mental thing that I can't be full on a drink. Lol. Many people have success on programs like this, just not me. I need food Congrats to you!

A couple of weeks ago I weighed myself and saw a 2.5 lb. gain from a weight I had been steadily maintaining. I was upset about this because I never wanted to get back to this certain number again. Two weeks, more regular exercise and more carrot lunches later, I'm back to my usual weight!

My current goal is to lose another 10 pounds. It's going to be difficult because I've been almost the exact same weight for about 6 months now, so I've definitely plateaued. But I will be very pleased with myself if I can do it!

Same here I need a meal!! I lost lost 40lbs last year but instead of putting back on 10 more like 35lbs. Ughh so discouraging. I just keep telling myself I did it before I can do it again and just realizing how much better I felt.

Soon to be mrsmango and mrs py we got this!!! Good luck this week

couch 2 5k for me since I was never a runner it is hard but it does become easier. It is usually harder first for the next level up each week if I feel it was too hard I do the week an extra day if need be.

Congrats Dharmacolbie86! Keep it up!

Mrspy don't worry at least your are not giving up. Keep it up.

Keep at it girl! You can do it! Just stay with it. I've tracked and stayed within point range the past 2 weeks and all I've been seeing are gains! I'm just chalking it up to my body handling the change, because I feel skinner lol.

Do you track everything? Okay around with the calorie count. I always change things up by eating more or eating less some weeks. The change usually helps things move along!

Just finished day one of week three of couch to 5k. Its tough especially when you have to jog for 3 minutes straight. But it feels so good to have done it!

I've always been curious to do the C25K program, how is it?

It's definitely good if you've never been a runner. Or haven't been in a long time. You actually feel it getting easier.

Awesome. I think I'm going to start this up tonight! Thanks!
