I did day 2 of week three and I'm taking a break from Jillian tomorrow because my back is feeling like I might throw it out(happens every so often) so I'll probably just do yoga tomorrow.

So I have been using the 'Lose It' app on my phone and it was been working for me (slowly but surely).

Way to go! I use that app to track my weight.

Nice! Keep at it! My knee is bothering me and I am sure that Jillian will probably agrevate it but I will see how I feel Saturday if I want to have a Jillian workout or just do some yoga.
What yoga program are you following? I used to be someone decent at yoga, never could balance in a handstand or anything like that but decent. I went to do yoga last friday first time in a while. I could barely do any of the poses I couldn't balance to save my soul. The sad part was I was doing a Tara Stiles yoga video for beginners for building balance lol.

Going to try on wedding dresses is what lit a fire under my *** to stick to a program. I don't want to hate the way I look in pictures and in my wedding dress. Definitely great motivation. :) so exciting your going to love it.

OMG that store is gorgeous! Went there for BM dress for cousins wedding. I walked into that part of the store by accident and I was wowed by what was in the front display! ENJOY

One of my bridesmaids used to teach a yoga class and I just do what we used to do in class.

Restarted our diet on Wednesday after having a cheat meal which threw us off. Been doing good, sticking to it but today came and I nearly had a hissy fit to order dinner but FH stood his ground. Ended up staying on track and I feel good about it! Preplanned my meals for tomorrow so I won't be enticed to cheat! The weekends are always so hard. We haven't started our exercise regimen that we intended to this week because my work schedule was crazy and I could barely move when I got home from exhaustion and FH worked late. 3 days in sounds like a great accomplishment but I am capable of going a week or 2 and then completely breaking it. I am hoping this won't be an issue!! My nephews birthday is Sunday and FH & I already discussed eating beforehand and having a sliver of cake! Easter we won't count/track but we WON'T be going overboard. I am supposed to go in April to look at gowns and I don't feel comfortable or confident. Hoping this time is it!

I weighed myself this morning after 3 days of dieting and only lost .8!! I assume it is because I had my period all week so I am hoping by Monday I see a better number!

Taking it easy all weekend since I got my wisdom teeth out yesterday. Still swollen and in pain. I'm so hungry and want to eat EVERYTHING but I can barely open my mouth. Oh well, hopefully I will lose a few pounds! lol

You can do it keep it up! It's still a loss so that is still great any half a lb or more is awesome!
