Ok Ladies. I am officially back on! I feel like I woke up motivated :) I made a nice healthy breakfast. This is it!! My goal is a pound a week. But i'll be happy even with a half a pound loss each week. I plan on getting my a$$ to the gym this week too. I hate exercising so that is my real struggle.
I am back on track too! 2 pounds down thanks to my stomach bug! My goal is 2 pounds a week but I will settle for ANY loss! I hate exercising too so I can completely understand.
I could use a stomach bug!

I hope you are feeling better! I had a stomach bug too, went down 5lbs and my pants are less snug. Now to get motivated and stay motivated!!

Welcome ladies! I did my weigh in yesterday down a lb so im happy with any loss. I hate exercising too but I decided to try something just paying attention to how I felg the days i exercised I definitely have more energy especially when I eat clean. Ladygoodman I start wk 2 tonight. Good luck with wk 3 we can do this!

Welcome! I'm a weight water lifetime member but I put on 6lbs
so I am trying to lose them again and get in shape before the wedding. I am a member of lucille roberts in massapequa, now whether I actually go is another story

Mrspy I get jealous to but remember the have personal trainers killing them for hrs on end a day for 6 months. We can do this though just not 12lbs a week besides none of us need to lose 200lbs either lol.

Welcome!! I've officially been back on WW for almost 2 weeks now. So far so good, hoping for some consistency this time around! I'm also a member of Lucille Roberts - the one in Bayshore. The gym is nice, but come this May when my membership expires I will not be renewing. The hours just don't work for my new work schedule. If they did I'd totally stay!!I'm actually thinking of hiring a personal trainer about 6-8 months before my wedding. I wanna do this mainly to just get my arms and such toned!

Day 1 of working out was intense! FH had me using his Bowflex machine and made me do all sorts of arm exercises. It hurt so bad, I wanted to cry! But I guess no pain, no gain!

I have the membership where I can go to any Lucile Roberts but I mostly go to Plainview. Sometimes Westbury after work. Tomorrow is my first week down at WW so I'm hoping the scale is nice to me!! Haha

Just finished day one of week three of couch to 5k. Its tough especially when you have to jog for 3 minutes straight. But it feels so good to have done it!

I got sick over the weekend and didn't really eat at all yesterday so I was starving today!!!!! Of course today was the start of my diet, I went over my points by I think by 3 and my calories by like 200 but I guess that is better than a massive overage right? I don't want this to discourage me!

Since you didnt eat you might have needed it. Don't worry slip ups happen but the key is getting right back on track.
