Hiii girls!! Glad to hear you're all doing well, this Easter candy is a killer! Happily surprised this morning! I was down 3lbs this week!
total 7lbs. Slowly but surely! Little goals make it not seem so far out of reach.

Welcome ladies. Mrsmango that is awesome keep it up. Dharmacolbie86 that's awesome congrats! Keep up the good work, we can do this. Slow and steady wins the race. I am 27 about to be 28. I turned 25 and the weight just piled on after eating whatever I wanted, never exercising, and maintained a weight of 108lbs. Now I have to fight and try super hard not to gain and even harder to lose but I know I need to do this to be healthier and to feel more confident in my skin again. It is not impossible, we can do this, it will just take hard work and time. Nothing worth having ever comes easily.

I went to two yoga classes this week, I've been eating well, and I do cardio workouts on demand when I get home from work. I haven't weighed myself in a while because if I do that too frequently I tend to become obsessed, but at the very least I'm starting to feel a lot better!

I had a rough week last week. I was very good and even exercised twice (which is huge for me) but I saw a gain which didn't make any sense to me. So of course I got discouraged and fell off track friday & had a wedding yesterday. I wasn't terrible, just not on plan. Getting back on it today & back to the gym this week!

I've been successfully tracking my food with WW for about a month now. My weight hasn't really moved too much - some weeks I gain, but then I loose that gain. It's soo frustrating, but I've also been tracking my measurements. I've lost almost 2 inches in my waist! That totally rebooted my motivation :)

Awesome! Congrats! I sorta fell off my c25k a bit we had home buyers classes and dj showcases the last 2 weeks so I have just continued to do week 2 sporadically here and there besides I didn't feel quite ready to run 3 mins solid yet. So today I am pushing myself to move to week three and keep pushing from there.
Welcome new ladies it is never too early to start on weight loss. For me it takes me forever to lose weight I put it on quick but losing its a battle but it will be worth it when I like the way I look on my wedding day.
MrsMango don't get discouraged you can be gaining muscle which weighs more. I have that issue sometimes too where I literally have to restrain myself from throwing the scale across the room and going f* this! But then I remember the big picture, it takes time, your body goes through adjustments. You will get there.
I weighed myself yesterday no loss but no gain either so that is a plus. I am hoping to get back into my workout routine some more. I am noticing though my arms have slimmed a little bit along with my legs and stomach I do my measurements next week when I weigh myself again and can compare to last months numbers to really see if I lost more inches. I highly recommend the measuring once a month cause even when I wasn't losing the weight I wanted I was losing inches so it made up for that and made me not feel discouraged.
