I love that the weather is getting nicer. I'm going to the bridal expo tonight just to look into flowers and invites, so I wont get out tonight, but I plan on it tomorrow. This week is supposed to be beautiful!

Glad to see you ladies keeping at it! Im a bit discouraged because its that time of the month this week so of course im bloated and up a few lbs. I even switched shifts last week to have off tuesday because thats the day ive been weighing in and I like to keep it consecutive. Im suposed to go away for the weekend friday which always leads to cheating. Im afraid to weigh in tomorrow because I know im going to be disappointed. I might wait til fri morning before vaca its all a mental thing with this damn number on the scale!!

I love it too! Let's take advantage of this beautiful weather and get active outside! I may walk home from work today - it's not major but it's certainly something!

I gotta find a park or a nice track close to where I work, so I running during the daylight! By time time I get home it's dark, and I'm not a fan of running in the dark - especially since I have to listen to music, I'm afraid I wouldn't hear a car around me.I'm hoping to be able to run a full 5K by the end of this summer. I got 1 mile down, just gotta slowly start adding to it. I want to do the color run just for fun :)

I'm one step closer to running! I want to be under a certain weight before I start running again because I have bad knees and get painful shin splints, so losing some weight will hopefully relieve the splints. But I lost another pound this past week from Shaun T's Rockin' Body workout! Just another week and a half left to go on it and then I might start it over again :)

You should definitely try couch to 5k. When I first started I was struggling to run 1 minute straight. Now I'm doing 20. I have issues with shin splints and for me the only thing that works is to keep going through the pain. I know it's painful though.

Also they say the surface that you run on makes a huge difference. If you're known to have shin splints, try running on the grass. Also invest in a good pair of shoes!

Hello Ladies,I'm Daria and I'm 24 years old. I have struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. About 2 summers ago I was the heaviest I have ever been. I joined WW were I was slowly losing weight- then my boyfriend of 5 1/2 years broke up with me(blessing disguise)I lost 30 pounds and felt absolutely amazing. Although I still had problem areas and will forever be self-conscious of my body, people always commented on how tiny I got. I loved hearing that. Then I met my now fiance. We were going out to dinner constantly and drinking a good amount. I put almost all of my weight back on and he ended up losing weight!! I hate how guys can lose weight like it's nothing. I joined a gym around September of last year and lost about 15 pounds but since I got a new job 2 months ago I haven't been going. I would love to be motivated enough to go to the gym before work and I keep telling myself..'Ok next week I'll start going in the morning' and I never do. I love carbs. It's always been my problem. I'm trying to motivate myself but clearly it's not helping! I need to get toned- I have so many weddings coming up. Thank goodness I'm not the only one who needs motivation !

Went to boot camp at Lucille Roberts last night. I can barely walk today, but it feels good!! The friend I've been going to the gym with is very motivating, and makes me confident that if I try a little each time, eventually, I'll be able to do the full 45 minute classes without wanting to pass out!

Good job!
I go to (I guess use to?) Lucille Roberts in Bayshore. I miss the classes. Work schedule makes it impossible to go now :(

Luckily, Monday through Wednesday when I only work lunch, I can go to the 4:30 and 5:30 classes. But I am clearly way more out of shape than I thought I was!! The leader of the class yesterday said she was just proud I tried. LOL

I actually went to the gym during lunch today!! Work has been a bit slow so I was able to run out and make a 45-minute class! I wish I was able to do this everyday!

I have been doing terrible :( My brother is in town visiting for the week and I have fallen off the wagon. All I know is that my mom is coming in next week so we can go gown shopping and I didn't lose the minimum of 20 pounds I wanted to!

I try to figure out what type of food I normally crave when it's that time of the month. Like salty, carb related, sweet? I then try to find healthier options.
For me I tend to crave sweet things! So I always try to have my healthy brownie and cupcakes available (made with egg whites and yogurt instead of oil). I also always have popcorn available! If you take a brown bag and fill it with 1/4 cup of kernels of popcorn and use a popcorn setting on the microwave you have air popped popcorn! It's a nice cheap trick
