I actually got up this morning when the alarm went off....after I hit snooze twice. But I actually worked out so I feel accomplished today.

congrats!!! i need to get back on my diet!!! i've been so sick the past 2 months that i've had no drive to do anything!!! i barely make it to work everyday! :(

congrats MrsPy! Teacher yeah being sick is definitely tough and there has been some horrible cold and flus going around. Feel better getting healthy first before getting even healthier.

I was happy to have lost .2 this week. it doesn't seem like much but after a week filled of things going on i'll take it. I am hoping for a better loss this week!

I just found this 'Sweating for the Wedding' shirt and had to post it on this thread! I am definitely getting one. I just went back to the gym recently and changed my eating healthy..lost 5 pounds so far and I'm 'treating' myself to this!

Congrats! I did my weight in Sunday didn't lose but probably went a little overboard when we went out with FH family the day before. Just gotta stick with it.

I did my first workout last night in about a month! It wasn't quite as hard as I was expecting it to be. I did a DVD workout because I don't really like the gym in our complex. In another 10 pounds, I want to try running again. Right now I think the extra pounds give me shin splints.

I love the sweating for the dress shirt. It is cute motivation to help keep going when you just want to stop. I did that on the treadmill the other night I was exhausted by my 8th interval jog I was like omg I'm done. But I was like no I gotta sweat for the dress. MrsMango I am doing the same thing. I am doing every 10lbs I can buy a new outfit or something. It is a good motivator cause I won't allow myself to shop for clothes unless I do. keep it up ladies we can do this.

MrsPy don't sweat it just keep at it. I have lost 12 in total and sorta hit a flat line but I am sticking with it cause i know my body will lose more weight if I keep pushing. Maybe tweek something in a week or so if you don't see anymore weight loss. Our bodies to try to fight weight loss.

I've been going to the gym 3x a week and I haven't weighed myself but I just feel better knowing that I'm getting off the couch and doing something. I look at pictures of my dress and tell myself to keep going!
