I recently switched from Planet Fitness to Retro Fitness. I never asked if they have personal trainers there to show you how to properly use the machines. Gonna look into that. Thanks! :)
Definitely look into it! I'm at NY Sports Club now and they have 1 hour per day that a trainer hangs out by a circuit of machines and makes sure you use them properly. Every now and then they have demos also. I found this out from a pamphlet lol...I'm never there when the trainers are!

So I have one more session of c25k for week 2 to do tomorrow. I have been working out consistently for a week and a half. hopefully when I weigh myself on Saturday it will show that it's paying off. :)

Down 5 lbs in 9 days! I hate to admit it but this exercise $hit works
We leave for OCean City tomorrow for a week tomorrow. I'm praying I dont gain it all back. I did pack work out clothes. Lets hope they make it out of the suitcase

Congrats! Just go for long walks on the beach, the sand is a killer for the legs. There is easy ways to incorporate fun workouts into vacation< swimming, golf, even miniature gets you moving at least. Have fun on your vacay!

So, I've been doing 'team beach body' for 4 weeks now (I'm a 'coach' if anyone has questions!) and I'm down one inch everywhere!! On each arm, thigh, and hips! I'm so happy some hard work is finally paying off. Sooo happy about my arms!

Congrats Simonenarissa! I finished week 2 of c25k starting week 3 tonight. I didn't lose anything this week but my stress has been through the roof lately so that might be throwing things off. I love when I see hardwork pay off. Even though I don't feel it cause I still am not happy with my body yet. One of my friend's said I look skinnier. Which made my day a little bit.

Ladies what happened?! We have dresses to look FANTASTIC in!!I'm still doing team beach body so aside from the inches that I lost which I posted about before.. I did a 3 day juice cleanse with FH (and a 2 day prep beforehand) and in the 5 days that I was involved in the cleanse I lost 5 lbs!! And FH lost 8 (ugh men).
And then I went to Atlantic city for a night so lets pray when I get on the scale tomorrow it's still off!! I worked out today for over an hour to make up for it lol

I got to see my dress last week and I'm so proud of myself, I love the definition that's showing in my shoulders and chest in my strapless dress. I felt so proud! Can't wait for more results! Stay strong ladies!

Been doing low carb & sweating to the oldies on and off for quite some time now. I am down a few pounds and so is FH. The weight is coming off, slowly but it is. Sticking to it hardcore to get the weight off before my wedding! We got this ladies. Lets gooooooo!!

I've been avoiding this thread, but it looks like everyone is doing well!! I started weight watchers again on Monday and every morning before work I go on the treadmill for an hour. I've just been walking to ease myself back into exercising. Hopefully within the next few weeks I will add some jogging into my routine and also some arm and ab exercises.Keep up the good work ladies!!!

Oh gosh I'm gonna wait until Monday to start it...we're going away Fri-Sun to AC so it'd be silly to start today, I completely forgot. Plus I have the worst cramps of my life, don't need extra pain this week!
I tried Insanity and felt like I was going to die, so I figured this might be a little less intense.

way to go!I got back from vacation on sunday & i'm PMS-ing so bad I literally ate everything in sight yesterday. It looks like I gained 3 of the lbs back I had lost but whatever I am back on it today & feel good. We can do this girls!

love Jillian Michaels DVDs. I like to do them in the winter when its too cold for me to go out and run haha. Her workouts are no joke!

WAY TO GO! Some mornings when I am not in the mood to work out I try to at least go for a walk. I figure something is better then nothing!

Hey ladies, So I got back from vacation Sunday feeling really bloated and fat. Definitely deviated from the diet. Got sick sunday and still battling once again another cold so took me off my workout routine. I am afraid to get on the scale to see how much I gained during vacay. Once this cold goes away I am back on it. The diet kicked back into effect on Sunday though when we got home.
