2014 Brides

I got back on the workout horse yesterday I pushed myself to go back to wk 2 c25k since I didn't want to start all over again. It was rough I'm not going to lie, the last time I did week 2 was about 3 or 4 weeks ago and it felt like I've never worked out before. But I'm glad I did it. Hopefully when I get home I'll do some light yoga since I could not get myself out of bed early to do it this morning and do some more running tomorrow.

Took a great bar & ball class last night at the gym. It was super tough. I def need to start doing more ab exercises. Been eating well this week so far. Keep it up ladies!

Go Kristin! Keep it up. Don't we all, I feel like when I do ab work I do see better result its just keeping it consistent is my problem. Instead of doing yoga yesterday fh wanted to have a date night ( I have no problems with brushing off working out for a date night) We got Italian ice (I ate really clean all days so I'm hoping the small Italian ice won't make or break the diet) We played mini golf and then walked around port jeff. So at least it was an active date and not a eat bad stuff and watch a movie and sit for two hours date lol. I really have to push myself tonight to go home and do another session of c25k. I could not get myself out of bed this morning.

:) did c25k last night again. Now only if I can keep this up and make it consistent maybe I would see better results lol

I joined WW 3 weeks ago and have been working out- I'm down 6 pounds!! I have 15 more to go so lets hope I keep up with all all of this and actually keep the weight off. It's so hard to be motivated to go to the gym when it's gorgeous out and all you want to do is be outside and get ice cream/ralphs ices!

Great job!! I am actually looking forward to my next weigh in (Monday) to see how much I lost. I will be fine with 1lb a week.

That sounds tough! I have to work on my abs too. Time to get rid of the muffin top!!

Great job!! I am actually looking forward to my next weigh in (Monday) to see how much I lost. I will be fine with 1lb a week.

I sprinted yesterday like an idiot, (I get shin splints whenever I sprint,) so I didn't get to run today. I did a few different ab and arm workouts to make up for it. FH says we'll go to the gym tonight, but that usually means he's going to fall asleep after he eats dinner. Men have it so easy, he'll probably be losing weight while he sleeps.

I weighed myself this morning and I'm officially under 140! Getting closer to my goal. I really want to try to reach 130 by my first fitting so my body won't change drastically after, just light toning.

I can't wait to post before and afters in my dress! FM me if you'd like to see what I have so far. I don't want to post my dress in case FH accidentally opens the page. (Even though I already accidentally emailed him pics of my dress like a moron)

Congrats! Keep it up, you'll be so happy in the end!

And Ralph's is my weakness, I kept that in my diet! I couldn't possibly go without it!

I've falling off the map with this thread for awhile, but I did a quick read-through of the newer posts. Way to go ladies!!! You're all inspiring me to get back into it!

I used to be so good w/ going to the gym. I went like 5x per week but once I finished c25k my motivation totally dropped. I really dont like running, but I feel like it's the only thing that works, so the gym is starting to feel more like a chore than something to look forward to. Any suggestions on other cardio that works as well as running?

I hate all exercise especially the gym. I've started taking classes & it really helps. They are much better then just working out alone.

Way to go Chaz! That is awesome. We were at the same weight but I sadly gained a few lbs back :( I am really hoping to lose 10 more lbs before I buy a dress.
