Having anday at work, and still haven't weighed in for September. I haven't been able to run in a week so I think I'll hold off on that, but I can still see the improvement. I went away this past weekend but started Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred right before I left, and I love it! I downloaded it right onto my iPad.
Boring progress picture:![]()
For anyone trying to lose weight...I highly recommend using progress pictures! It makes it so much easier to see the difference without fussing over the number on the scale.
You look awesome Chaz! Keep it up! I told fh I wanted to start 30 day shred I need to clear a spot up in the house to actual do the workout though.

Thank you! If you're interested, it was only $1.99 to buy Level 1 on Amazon Instant Video - which you can watch on computers/laptops, iPads, iPhones, etc. It's a cheap way to see if you like it and if you want to continue you can buy the next 2 levels for the same price.
Let me know how it goes! I'm going to resume doing it Wednesday or Thursday night.

My first personal training session was cancelled so I start tonight and they assigned me a different trainer. I did meet the manager last night and he gave me a diet guideline to follow. I hope it all works for me!

I'm a #'s ANIMAL. I can't weigh myself because I become obsessed with the #. I'd rather just go by my performance at the gym (i lift heavy weights) and how I feel. I just weighed myself for a test I had to do and i'm slightly freaking out in my head. I felt good, and at the gym i'm getting so much stronger....I hate that damn number!!!!!GREAT WORK CHAZ!!! YOU LOOK AMAZING!!!!

Hi! Christina,,, I'm 30.. I hate diets! =) I'm on My Fitness pal, i track what i eat... keeps me from stress eating & forces me to make better choices. I also have a fitbit, that calculates how many steps i take, how much effort i put into workouts & how many calories i burn. Nothing is 100% but It helps keep me motivated. I'm obsessed with Zumba so i try to go when my schedule is free.I've lost 10 lbs so far, i gained 2 back (due to stress eating blahh) and I'm aiming to lose 8-10 by next summer!

I've come to realize that taking gym classes really make exercise not seem THAT bad. Dont get me wrong I still hate it but its better then running on a treadmill. I am doing my best to get myself on a routine. ugh!

I fell off the wagon sooo bad. Stopped working out 3 weeks ago, cheated a lot hear and there and this weekend was our engagement party and we had tons of left overs. So the last time I got on the scale I had gained back almost 10lbs. So not okay. I really need to find my groove back into a routine. I told myself the whole way home yesterday to go home workout right away what did I do. Sat on my *** on fb and read a book and ate. Told myself wake up early workout....I hit the snooze 300 times till I was almost late to get up to get ready for work. This is bad so not the time to fall off the wagon.

I have been doing the same thing! I haven't been the gym in about 5 weeks and I have been snacking on chips and salsa so much it's bad. From all your posts it seems like once you get into the routine you do awesome so I'm sure you will get back into it soon!

Re: 2014 Brides 'Official Weight Loss & Keep It Off' Thread
Finally broke through my 137 plateau, which is why I tried to avoid weighing myself all of September. Just in time for my fitting on Monday! I told FH I can't wait to feast Tuesday night hahha.
Can't believe how much time has flown! I've stopped running as hard to slow down the process a little, but it's been great seeing my composition change and lean out. Time to incorporate more weights.
Progress:
12/12: 163lb
04/13: 148lb
05/13: 143lb
06/13: 141lb
07/13: 140lb
08/13: 138.8lb
09/13: 137.6lb
10/13: 135.7lb
