2014 Brides

So I worked out Weds, Thursday Saturday I took a rest day Friday and Sunday cause of how sore I made myself from working out the days before. This week I plan on working out Monday-Friday and if I can fit in working on this weekend bonus.

Is anyone familiar with Classivity? I signed up for their passport program which gives you 10 classes at various studios for only $50! You need to sign up at least 24 hours prior and there is a $20 cancellation fee if you don't show - talk about motivation! I'm excited to have a real reason to force myself to work out... and maybe i'll even fall in love with one of the classes!

So I have been doing real well this month. I gave up sweets for novemeber and have been making 3-5 gym classes a week. I have really started to like pilates, and have been making it a point to make those classes each week. Love feeling motivated & FH has been so supportive. The gym is not an easy thing for me to make a part of my life.

Hi ladies - just wanted to share my exciting progress!! I joined weight watchers last week and I lost 7lbs so far! I'm so excited and proud of myself for sticking to it. WW has totally opened my eyes, and I'm so excited to keep going on this journey!!

I started Weight Watchers a few weeks ago too! I'm actually really loving it because I can still have my snacks. It's teaching me that I have to plan my other meals to be more healthy based on what I'm craving.

I've lost about 6lbs so far, and I don't have a goal weight so much as I want to feel more comfortable with the way I look. I'm so happy because I'm already looking and feeling better.

To top it all off, this weekend my best friend and I decided to sign up for a Turkey Trot. I think we're going to be running and walking, but we're doing it together which should be fun AND it will make me feel better about eating all of the yummy stuff at Thanksgiving dinner!

I LOVE the turkey trot idea! I'm going to try to convince FH to run (and walk...lol) one with me!

Re: 2014 Brides 'Official Weight Loss & Keep It Off' Thread

I finally reached my ultimate goal just 1.5 months shy of the wedding. When FH and I started dating, I was a size 28 in jeans. I shot up to size 32 last year, and I'm finally back into a 28!

October 2012: Size 32 vs. November 2013: Size 28

I haven't worked out much since I was sick, so it's been about 2 weeks. I need to start back with the weights, but I'm so paranoid about losing weight, especially with all the stress right now.

Keep up the great work everyone! It's so worth it in the end.
I have my 2nd fitting next Monday and I can't wait to finally try on a dress that fits! (The sample was too small, my dress was too big)

Congrats! So amazing! I have a goal pair of pants that I am determined to get my butt back into. So motivational.

I did work out last night I did some light weights 2 reps on a universal machine. And I have been following the workout of the day on Lucille Roberts blog page. You don't have to be a member to follow and do the workouts so I just go on each day and do the wod that is listed on top of either weights or cardio switching off.

That's awesome! Keep it up. It is really helpful when fh is supportive and helps push and motivate I totally agree.

That's awesome! We all have to find the things that we will like and stick to get the results we want. I know if I do exercises I hate I am more likely to talk myself out of working out. I love the turkey trot. I did one last year! I won't be able to do one this year because I am attending the parade this year but I plan on coming home before dinner and going for a run to try to negate some of the holiday eating.

2014 Brides

I've been good I have worked out each day this week and plan on doing the same tonight and tomorrow and through the weekend. I think this weekend I will finally do a weigh in and measurement to see if there is any progress. I can feel new muscle that is for sure.
