Okay Thanksgiving is over leftovers are gone back to work. Cardio tonight! I got a lil bit over 10 months to make this goal happen.

I got back to the gym after not going since tuesdat! Last month I went 9 days to the gym, which I thought wasn't too bad considering I was sick for over a week. My goal is to get there this month 15 days. I also started the 30 ab crunch challenge. I completed No Sweet Novemeber and lost 3 lbs! Over all i'm happy & I'm getting there!! I'm sticking to this routine, its crunch time. 199 days!!

Congrats! That's awesome! I was doing pretty good until last week thanksgiving week threw me off really bad.

Congrats! That's awesome! I was doing pretty good until last week thanksgiving week threw me off really bad.
THIS!!! thanksgiving totally knocked me off the wagon. i'm doing my best to get back on track with my healthy eating.

Took a class at Lucille Roberts on monday called Drenched. Let me tell you, I can hardly move two days later. I pushed through yesterday and went to pilates but I am so glad today is a rest day (I have a work holiday party). Back to pilates on thursday. I am really starting to like Pilates & I am trying to make each class each week! Do any of you ladies go to Lucille Roberts in Massapequa?

Yea she is a great instructor. I've been taking her classes for over a year now, and I see a major difference! I know I wish she taught a class Thursday night since I work in the morning too.

reallllllly slowing down on my progress ... november has been awful in terms of a TON of birthdays (meaning out to dinner way too much) and then thanksgiving!! i've only lost .2lbs each of the last two weeks. but i guess it's something.

it's better than gaining!! This is always the worst time of year. I'm being a psyco now because I only have 3 months left so I have made no plans to go out, no birthdays, no parties nothing. Our social calendar is usually pretty full, poor FH is like why aren't we doing anything. I've been taking kickboxing classes, I have to say I love it and omg what a workout. You have alot more time than me so I say keep doing what your doing and enjoy the holidays!!

thanks for the encouragement!! i know .. holidays are SO SO tough. i was actually thinking of taking a kickboxing class. i feel like i would really like it. where do you go?

Dont beat yourself up! This is usually the time of year people gain! You're doing great.I'm proud to say despite my progress slowing down a little for thanksgiving, I'm 30 days into my new healthy diet and i'm 11 lbs and 30 inches (from all over my body) down!!
