Just weighed this morning and I've lost a total of 2.6 lbs this week! Bringing my total weight loss to 21lbs since I started weight watchers in November. My ultimate goal was always 30lbs before the wedding. Next step - getting to 25lbs lost!
That is awesome! Keep it up girl you are so close to your goal!

alright so about 2-3 weeks ago I wrote on here that I went down to 134, which is 9 lbs from my goal weight (125)... Then, for the last 2 weeks by weight was 137 so I started taking measurements instead. Welll, today I weighed myself again and I'm 133 :)
The scale was moved into a different room a few weeks ago because my mom was weighing herself, and I didn't realize that if you move the scale that your weight will read way differently. So I moved it back into its original place and I feel alot better now haha..
Now I am at 18.3% body fat which makes me soso happy- I've been doing alot of planks and ab exercises and I'm starting to actually see my abs again!
I also lost 1 inch off my waist :)
Weight: 133
Waist: 27 inches :)
BMI: 21.6
That is amazing! Keep going you are so close to your goal!

We're seriously on the same track! I started Nov 5th and I'm down exactly 21 lbs too!! My goal is to be down 40 by may/june (whenever my 1st fitting is) but I would be happy with 30lbs (since that's what i told kleinfeld i was gonna lose). Let's get to 25 together! I'm hoping to meet that goal by march 1st. So motivated!!
Congrats!! I definitely think you can reach your goal before you first fitting. Keep at it you are doing great!

So I weighed in yesterday too. I didn't lose anything and didn't really lose any inches like last week everything pretty much stayed the same except my natural waist and under bust, full bust went down an inch. I still have a long ways to go to get to my measurement goal and weight goal but I'm going to keep going. I completed a whole month eating clean and healthy and regular workouts. I even made clean treats for superbowl and didn't over indulge. I made homemade guacamole with sweet potato tortilla chips, and brown rice crispy peanut butter treats (no marshmallows or butter just raw blue agave, brown sugar, and organic peanut butter). So good only had 2 and left the rest at our friends for superbowl. Only had 1 beer which was the first time I drank since eating clean and I have to say I am now a light weight. I totally felt buzzed after 1 beer lol. So hoping for better progress next week. Everyone is doing so awesome which is great motivation ;)

I weighed in today. I'm ONE pound away from my first goal!! I've lost 19 lbs so far!! Clean eating is for sure the way to go. I feel fantastic. All of my clothes are too big now. Dare I say, even my engagement ring is a little loose! I need to start adding in exercise, but getting these first 20lbs off was a major step! I totally spaced and didn't take any measurements before I started the weight loss, so I'll just have to go from now. I told my bridal salon I'd lose 30 by the time my dress comes in (June/July) because I ordered in the smaller of the two sizes she recommended! Lets do it, girls!

woohoo so awesome!! what method do you use to determine body fat percentage and measuring yourself? did you buy specific tape for it?
http://home.fuse.net/clymer/bmi/
and i measure myself with a tape measure that I have... you measure about 1 inch above your belly button to figure out how many inches

That's awesome!! Congrats girl! I def would suggest you start measuring yourself once you start excising (especially if you're going to lift) because as many girls here know, you can loose inches and go up on the scale!

So FH & I went to AC for the weekend (well kinda just 1 day due the possible snow storm & us being under the weather), and I stayed within my calories & tracked everything in MFP.I keep saying 'only 6 months till first fitting!', so far so good :)
