down another .8 for a total of 3.4 since 1/2/14 - it doesn't seem like a lot but for me it is. i lose very slowly & will be happy with 2 lbs a month- which will get me to my ultimate goal by the wedding! i have been to the gym 10 of the last 11 days, which for me is a greater accomplishment then the weight loss. (and the best part is I CAN see results!) I am totally hooked on Pilates :) This thread has been so motivating seeing everyone do so well! Seeing results definitely makes continuing to exercise & eat well so much easier. Keep up the good work ladies!
That's so awesome!! You're motivating me to make sure I get my butt moving this week!

Down 8lbs from 1/2/2014. Hoping I can keep this momentum going! I've been hitting the gym a TON more (around 4-5x a week) and going to group classes. I like that they have force me to workout hard for the entire 45-60 minutes. I've also really limited my carb intake and have been focusing on fresh veggies, fruits (in moderation), and meat. I've cheated more than I would like to admit on the weekends but it's probably the only way I can maintain this! haha

Restarted WW this week and did a kickboxing class last night. I really need to get motivated. The last month or so I have seriously slacked on the gym, it's just too nasty to go back out there after I get home from work, or I get stuck late at work and I don't want to go to the gym at 8:00 pm!

That's awesome Kristin!! Do you take the Pilates at LR at the Massapequa location right? Right now I'm just taking the Zumba classes, and doing weights on my own. Thinking about taking this if I can fit it into my schedule!

I'm wearing a pair of pants that didn't fit last month
They're a little tight. But totally wearable. It's like I got to go shopping in my closet this morning

I might have to give it a try. I use to go all the all to the Massapequa for a specific class taught by Kelly. It's probably the same girl. I guess I'll be going back to the location for her lol

My office is NOT closed today, which means I didn't have time to make breakfast and lunch like I do every day, because I was shoveling/cleaning my car. And the cafe is open here and lots of bad choices! Def going to Zumba later!

Stay strong snowed in ladies!! My main motivator to be good today? I weighed in this morning and was down another 2 lbs! 22 since November! Really feeling like i can definitely get to 25lbs down by the end of this month.
My shower is in 6 weeks, if i could lose another 8-10 by then, I'd do a back flip!

All week I ate so good, even though I didn't want to (stupid pms) because I kept telling myself, we're going out on friday we're going out on friday. But, I'm at work today and of course they're ordering pizza for the people who did come in, the cafe is open with lots of bad choices... AND we're going out on friday. Oh, well. Better hit the gym hard this weekend!

For you ladies that measure yourself, when do you do it? Do you measure your waist and stuff on a weekly basis? Monthly? Randomly?I weighed myself today and only lost .1lbs - but I started to measure. And I'm not sure how often to do it.
