For you ladies that measure yourself, when do you do it? Do you measure your waist and stuff on a weekly basis? Monthly? Randomly?
I weighed myself today and only lost .1lbs - but I started to measure. And I'm not sure how often to do it.
I measure myself in several spots once a week. I measure every Wednesday cause its the day after my rest day. Some weeks i only change .2 or not at all. But I have had weeks where I have lost 2in off my waist hips and such. I do it once a week so I can see progress if I don't see it on the scale.
I weighed in after valentine's day excepting to gain and I lost .4lbs
I didn't go crazy valentine's day we went to seasons 52 so it's got a lot of healthy options. I'm 10lbs away from my first mini goal towards the ultimate goal! We can do this ladies. Don't let the snow get you down springs around the corner and weddings to get toned for.

Everyone is doing great! I always get inspired when I read this thread. I dropped 1lb this past week which is what I needed to see to get my @$$ in gear! I'm going to try on my dress for the first time in about 2 weeks and I'm so scared it won't fit! My ultimate goal is to lose 6 lbs by the wedding ... 2 lbs per month is doable. I even went out and bought veggies today ) and dug out my wii Zumba to keep me moving with all this snow and ice outside!

Thanks Kristen! I guess I'll be measuring myself 1/week now! I might not have lost anything this week, but I FEEL and LOOK skinnier, so I'm happy with that!
And I hear ya about the snow - spring WHERE ARE YOU???

Congrats every lb counts. 2lbs a month is totally doable. Just when you don't feel like working out look at a picture of your dress. I know that has helped me. I ran for 30 mins straight last week on the treadmill thinking of my dress (chanting to myself sweat for the dress lol) I have never ran for 30 mins straight. I always said someone better be chasing me for me to run.

You might not have lost this week but out of now where next week you can lose over an 1 inch. When that happen to me i was like did I measure the same place I remeasure 3 times to make sure lol. They said snow again this week and i died a little inside. I can't take much more I need spring like 2 weeks ago lol.

i lost 2.8lbs this week. i couldn't believe it!
i go through these random periods where i lose a lot, and in between them i only lose less than a pound each week for a few weeks. whatever, i'll take it! this brings me down to 142.8, which is 24.2lbs lost total! i'm so close to 25lbs!
i can't believe how different my wedding gown is looking on me. and how much more confident i feel in it! i wish i could post the before and after pictures i took!

So I measured myself and I went down 1.3in in my belly, .5 on my natural waist, underbust, and thighs. So I decided to try on a pair of my smaller sized jeans my lucky brand jeans size 6 fits :) I still have a muffin top when I sit but they fit again which is awesome! I tried on my goal jeans which are a size 2 and i can get them all the way up to the bottom of my butt. My butt and hips are still a little big to get them over it. By the summer I want my *** back in those jeans lol. On the other plus size I am really glad I kept all my old bras cause I bought a ton some I barely wore before I was too big for them. So now i fun cute practically brand new bras I fit back into :)
