I'd like to lose 8-10. Doesn't seem hard but for me, it's near impossible :-/

I'm hoping to relose the 50 pounds I found again and maybe more though if I only lose the 50 ill be happy.
I'm off to a good start though. I started doing the 30 day shred again today. My legs feel like jello but it feels good.



I have that DVD but have yet to do it...

I am hoping to lose 40 more lbs. I am hoping I can lose at least 15 by spring time that way I am closer to the half way point lol and summer

It's a killer! But it works. Definitely try it.

Have been saying I was going to start for months. I start and break it, start and break it. FH and I have set a solid plan to start on Monday and I am praying that I can be successful this time.

ME TOO! FH & I are terrible. We constantly do this. We have NO CHOICE but to get back on track Monday. Time is running out so Monday it is!!

2014 Brides

MrsPy I'm guilty of the same. I am restarting couch to 5k for the 4th time last week lol. When I mess up I stopped waiting to correct my mistake I pick back up the next day and just try to keep myself on track. I was really proud of myself this week we had a lot of social functions cause family parties. One at an italian resturant. I filled up on huge plate of salad and water and only took the smallest portaion of penne ala vodka and eggplant rolitini. I made sure I ate good and clean all the other non party meals. I usually slip up at social functions so I was proud to stick to it this time. I have another weekend coming up of social functions so I am going to try my hardest to stay with it.

4 days in & staying strong!

Have plans for my friends birthday at Cheesecake Factory this weekend but I have to just have a cheat meal (possibly dessert too) BUT not make it into a day or weekend of cheating!!

2014 Brides

So far I have lost 4 pounds this week. Looks as though I hit a bit of a standstill. FH & I have plans with another couple for a birthday celebration at Cheesecake Factory. Just hoping all of our hard work won't go down the toilet for one meal/dessert! Gotta live our lives but need to lose weight too! Ate a healthy breakfast and not eating again until CF. Getting right back on track after that meal! Gotta stick with it. I need to lose 18 more pounds to be back to starting weight when I met FH which I was pretty happy there!

Way to go! Can I make a suggestion? Eat a small something before dinner. A salad or banana just something so you don't go there starving and over eat. I find that it helps me when I go out.

2014 Brides

So happy. FH & I went out to Cheesecake Factory with another couple and we ate, enjoyed ourselves and went right back on track!! I didn't gain anything PHEW!!! SOOOO proud we only let it be a meal and not turn into a whole weekend of eating. That is a BIG accomplishment in itself. Immediate goal- 8 pounds! I can do this!

Go MrsPy! Yes I am the same way if I go to a place hungry I am ravenous and can not control myself. We had a wedding Friday night. For the most part I behaved myself. I had a few drinks but I drink vodka selzer with lime 70 calories 0 carbs and sugar. I did not go overboard at the cocktail hour I had a stuffed mushroom a salmon puff, a veggie stir fry, some fresh veggies and that was it. For dinner I had the vegetarian otpion which was grilled and marrinated veggies with champagne rissoto. Drank water while at the wedding and had the cake so all in all did not over induldge. Wish I could say the same for the rest of the weekend it was my nephews first birthday at a italian resturant. Thank god we just did pizzas I had 3 slices cause I skipped breakfast knowing I was having cake and pizza that day. I had 2 veggie slices and a white. I took the smallest piece of cake. Of course then we ended up continueing the party at my mother's house and chips, cheese and crackers, penne ala vodka, guacamole, cookies, cake. So diet sabotaged. Next morning back at my mothers to see family and the same thing. But back on track today. Doing a detox cuase I have a food hangover since I am not used to all this sugar and carbs anymore. I did work out friday the day of the wedding but didn't get a chance to with all the family up. So back on it today. I am hoping I didn't gain too much back this weekend.

Restarted the coach to 5k program today.last time I started it I only got to week 2. I was going to wait until it got warmer out but then I decided just to restart it on the treadmill.
