Restarted the coach to 5k program today.last time I started it I only got to week 2. I was going to wait until it got warmer out but then I decided just to restart it on the treadmill.
I just started back on the treadmill last Monday. I've been walking but increasing my speed and incline every day. Next week I'm gonna start the couch to 5k program also. Last time I did it, I also only got to week 2. This time we can do it! Good Luck!!

I did the same. Started walking on the treadmill last week. I sprained my elbow doing the 30 day shred so I figured I'd do go on the treadmill. But yes this time we can definitely do it! Thank you good luck to you too!

haha ok now I don't feel so bad I have only made it to week 2 as well and I have attempted it at least 4 other times. This time we are doing this!

So happy. FH & I went out to Cheesecake Factory with another couple and we ate, enjoyed ourselves and went right back on track!! I didn't gain anything PHEW!!! SOOOO proud we only let it be a meal and not turn into a whole weekend of eating. That is a BIG accomplishment in itself. Immediate goal- 8 pounds! I can do this!

Does water with lemon really help you lose weight/shrink your stomach??

It helps flush out the body, and its a natural antioxidant. I am not sure if it helps shrink your stomach though. I think the only way to do that is decrease amount of food and exercise. I do drink lemon water it definitely flushes you out if your body needs it.

I am SO annoyed. I have been dieting for 1 week and a half and only lost weight last week. My body normally is much receptive. I haven't lost ANYTHING not even an ounce in light 5 days UGHHHHHH. This is why I get discouraged :(

Don't be discouraged. There are a lot of things that change your body and the way it reacts to changes.

Don't feel discouraged there are plenty of weeks I don't lose anything and I did everything I was supposed to it just happens. Our bodies also try to fight fat and weight lose so losing weight is always going to be a struggle. Just don't give up and stick with it your doing great. Just stay positive and know you can do this. :)

try to only weigh yourself once a week. otherwise your mind will get the best of you~!

I try and my mom tells me that ALL the time but I have a paranoia because I gained like 8 pounds in like 2 weeks once when I didn't weigh every day or every other day! I am obsessive about it, I know but I am pissed :(

Way to go! I haven't restarted yet been feeling a little under the weather this week. I have to push myself. I have been doing my mini workouts though I follow the montlhy challenges on the sisterhood of the shrinking jeans.
