Very cool. :) This is my first year in NYC, I taught in a private prep school in Glen Cove while getting my masters, then 1 year in a Catholic school, 1 year as a leave replacement on Long Island and finally FULL TIME, lol. Its been so hard to get a full time, non leave replacement position in a public school!

1) I'm 25
2) I'm a special education teacher
3) House, Big Bang, and Two and a Half Men
4) We've been together for almost 5 years
5) FH propsed at the beach

I know it's impossible...I was very lucky that I went to the city right out of school and didn't believe in the 'LI dream'. Otherwise I'd be in the same boat as sooooo many people who can't get positions.

I love these questions things, gets everyone chatting!

4. How long have you and FH been dating?
5 and a half years on dec 18th :)

5. How did he propose?
We went away in June for our 5 year anniversary. He planned the weekend perfectly. It rained so we ate in the hotel room that he decorated with candles and flower petals..we ate, he went down to go get another drink n came up with the ring instead!

6. Honeymoon: Not sure yet! We already did hawaii for our 4 years and graduation present so we wanna do something diff. for those doing hawaii afraid of the plane right, stop over somewhere. we did vegas, cali, hawaii...broke up the rides!

3- Yankees games! The off season stinks.
