Hello, I just saw a Leonard's of Greatneck Thread but it has a lot of older posts on it (not that I mind, I love to read any post on Leonard's ) I know someone else had a more recent post with up to date posted wedding dates but I can't seem to find it, so.... I decided to start a new one. I will start it off

tahts why im not having any except the 2 in the bridal party-and im not paying for them, bc they wont eat

and fh's 3 first cousins that we HAD
to invite.....

Does anyone know how long the walk through takes. I assume that is everything from finalizing the menu, etc....

Atleast an hour.. because he goes over everything from start to finish. And if you plan on adding things and upgrading it will take longer.

hmmmmm i feel like the cake is def our main concern here....lol......smara....did they say how much extra the square is???

No I didnt ask him, sorry. I was upset that I had to pay extra for it so I was like ok forget it. Show me the free one again. LOL

And for the babies, if its a High chair its free, if its a booster and up until 10 than its half price.

What kind of upgrades are people doing for their cocktail hour? Is anyone doing seafood? I'm thinking of adding seafood to the cocktail hour but I've never been to a wedding at Leonard's and I'm always weary about seafood.

What is everyone doing for their own seating? Are you guys doing a sweatheart table? I want a small round table but I have seen pics where it looks like they took one of those tables from the cocktail hour (Kinda shaped like a half circle) and use that for the bride and groom?

we had a Mexican station, we wanted people to try something that they dont eat every day... here is a picture of part of what it looked like, I wish I had more pictures to show you...

That picture looks great! Its nice how they put the corona's on the ice sculpture. What did people say about the food? Did a lot of people eat it?

people were suprised by the sheer volume of food... we only added this one station and it was enough, lots and lots of food, people cant possibly eat all of that... everyone raved about the food

That does look really cool with the coronos. I added the jumbo shrimp and lobster tails and claws to my cocktail hour.

hey girls just checkin in....i went there on saturday to drop off some more money and there was a day wedding going on......everyone at the door and in the elevators were really friendly just thought id share

we added the whole fish section and carving stations, i wanted to add the macaronni station but mauricio said it would be to much..

Wow A whole fish section sounds yummy. What kind of fish do you get with that? Have you decided what you want for the carving station? I added that also and I think I might do leg of lamb but I haven't decided on the other thing.
