SO I went this past Sunday to do this and I got really pissed!!!

First of all this guy Ion or whatever his name is..Was like....why Are taking chocolate fountain with out Viennese hour??? I was like I can not afford to pay 12 $ extra pp.....and When I said I want to do the champagne march he was like...' But you are wasting timed .....the Affair is only 4 hr...and I asked him SO how long would that be?? And he is like .....' 5 min' I said 5 min?? It's not that long...and SO on...really Pissed.!!!

THat is strange! Is Ion your BM? You should be able to get whatever you want. Maybe when you go to set the final menu you can bring it up again, maybe they will give you a deal. What is a champagne march and how much do they charge for that? How did you find out about the champagne march? it wasn't in the folder they gave me.

Ian is the finalizer... everyone is suppose to meet with him to pick out cakes and finalize menus 3 months before or so.

I thought they did Champagne march on the reg., I didnt know you had to request it.

If Im not correct Champagne march is when they come out with it, its almos tlieka show they way the walk/march to the tables.

I went to finalize my menu this Sunday ....and Ion is the guy that takes care of it...my Guy that I booked the hall was Antonio....and The march.....couse I said that I don't want champagne on the tables only I want the waiters to come in the room ..present The bottles and then pour the champagne to the glasses and he said yeahh that's calls the champagne march ...i I think it's free...it Better be!!!!!!!!!

SO did you finalize the menu or are you going to go back? I was thinking about adding just the fountain as well. I would call them and tell them that I really want it! How many cake designs did they offer and what are the fillings?

lucky.. I didnt get LIW because I got the contract a yr before I even knew LIW existed. Make sure you mention it ladies!! I didnt get no discount from this site. I found out about this site from my last booked vendor (florist).
