She wracked her brains really hard in trying to incorporate all three of them in the ceremony--right up until the last minute!

Here's the kicker:
MIL:'Your flowergirl is really young (1 1/2 years old). Do you think she'll walk down the aisle? We can have her walk with the cat.'

ME: 'She'll be fine and she'll be up partying long after you're in bed. The cats WILL NOT be in the wedding and if you'd like to incorporate them then you can set something up for yourself and use them.'

Oh my gosh-these are hysterical!!

Ummm, I'm a cat lover, but to actually have them at the wedding ?
Sounds like the little party might have involved some toking.

Why are you wasting money just get married at a court (given by people who spent more on their wedding then FH and I are spending)

Why get married you will just be divorced or miserable in a few years ( just about every person in our family has said this)

I hope you are not having a eparty because that is just a money scam (we didn't have one because the entire family thought this)

Wow, these are really funny. I know I have a lot, just can't recall all of them.

When my mom told my great aunt we were having an e-party she said: 'They already have a house, why do they need an e-party?'
Um, I don't know., to celebrate???

Fh's aunt: 'You better have music I can dance to....like the Electric Slide.'
Um, no comment!

My aunt: 'A chocolate cake? Oh, that's...uh different'

Finally, my mother, though she's been amazing through it all:
'You're not wearing your veil through the reception? How will everyone know you're the bride?'
I don't know, the white dress should clue people in. Not to mention, everyone we invited KNOWS ME!

Random: Why don't you want a tiara, don't you want everyone to know it is your special day?

Me: I will be the one in the white dress, I think they will know who the bride is.

Random: Yes, but you want to look special don't you? It is your wedding...

Me: I guess if that means I'd have to wear a tiara, then no, no I don't...

I agree!!! I know 2 yrs is not thaaaat long of time dating but i'm not 20 yrs old.. and neither is FH.. so if we want to get married in 6 months..why should we prolong it. Whats going to change between 6 months or 12 months? we still want to get married..lol

I have heard many of the above - I had a 2 year engagement.

And my wedding was on Labor Day so everyone complained that there would be so much traffic and there was NONE.

And the best to me was when someone at the wedding asked me if my dress was new. I was like what as opposed to used?!?! She explained she meant to ask if it was vintage, but it came across rude!

Ohh OHH I wanna play!!!

My grandmother when she heard FH and I had gotten engaged;
