Ladies can you post pictures of you in you wedding dresses. I love to see how I can look on the big day. You always see the little girls posting their pictures and I CANNOT relate to those pictures.

am just really glad it is back - and amy dont remember if i ever told you but you look absolutely stunning in your gown and the thank you picture we received is amazing - i love the sunset framing you two - it looks so dreamy
i dont think i have alot of the pictures online - i do have these they are the first proofs from album pages - we are still a work in progress LOL note in picture 3 you can see amy and tim :) he caught the garter at our wedding
eta all pictures were too large hang on a second ...
i wish i could remember how to fit these to size - it has been awhile

Maybe all of us newlywed plussizers should post some pictures of ourselves in our wedding gowns / from our wedding...it might help inspire new brides-to-be's to get ideas, see styles of dresses, etc.
I know it was certainly hard to envision how a dress made for size 8s would look on my size 24!

Also I just found out old navy has a women plus section. I found the cutest dress to wear for my shower. Definitely check them out - great prices and cute stuff:

I'm not sure how close this would be for you, but I got my dress at Angel Bridals in East Islip. They are a very small store but have beautiful dresses and in plus sizes for you to try on. The owners are wonderful to work with too, they are so nice and accomodating. I'd suggest making an appointment if you go especially on the weekend, since the store is small it can gey very crowded.

Well after someone on this board called me fat the other day and said I am too young to be so overweight and that my husband was going to stray I was going to delete all my pictures and not ever post any again but you know what???? S-c-r-e-w them!! I would have LOVED to know what a size 22 dress was going to look like on me!! or even what one looked like period. I even wrote in my review that I was really sick of being told to 'imagine' how a size 8 dress would look if it was 'my size'

I second commack wedding center. Not the most friendly people all the time but the prices were great and they had SOOO much in my size to try on!!! Most were even big on me And they werent the ugly farty normal 'plus sized' dresses I was seeing either!!!
