addressing invite emergency!

Well, invitations went out almost 2 weeks ago, and now FMIL tells us she forgot a couple of people
But that's a whole different story.

I have to send an invite to Reverend Barbara & her husband. How the heck do I write this?

Mr. Smith & Rev. Barbara Smith?
Mr. & Mrs. is a no-no, right?

Please help! I really want to get this out asap since it's so late.
