Re: AIR BRUSH MAKEUP
Because I just got engaged September 4th I am just getting started looking for a gown and all the other vendors I need to get in touch with.Because this airbrush makeup artist is my mother-in-law to be I didn't have very far to look for a makeup person.
I have been following this site for a while now knowing we were planning to get married next year and have noticed how everyone was asking about airbrush makeup, so I am happy to share this information with you.
My future mother-in-law is a great person and I have known her for ten years now, she treats me like her own daughter, I wanted to do something nice for her by getting her name out to all of you.

Re: AIR BRUSH MAKEUP
Ok girls, please check this one out for me before I fall into the trap and call lol!!! I have had enough of all of these trials and I hope this is NOT a vendor hawking wares!!!!!! (if you are keeping track I am the one searching with no luck for a makeup artist because JN is booked on my date!!!!!) If it is safe in the water I will check it out. Thanks

Re: AIR BRUSH MAKEUP
You just never know ABC, we are always weary when a first post is praising a vendor
I know JN was booked for Shamma's wedding, and she used another MA who also airbrushed her. Shamma looked flawless on her wedding day.
We have to find out who she used.

Re: AIR BRUSH MAKEUP
OK - I have to ask....What's the difference between air brush make up & the 'regular kind?'.... do you need someone who specializes in air brush. (Sorry if this sounds dumb......)

Re: AIR BRUSH MAKEUP
Basically, the air brush is very light. It's like airbrushing a design on your nails instead of nail polish, I guess. The machine is even quite the same.
She puts the liquid makeup in the little funnel like thing, and airbrushes w/the machine, it kind of shoots air out and the makeup is now on your face like air.
I think I'm doing a horrible job of explaining.
HELP !!!!!!!!

Re: AIR BRUSH MAKEUP
Thanks, I figured it was something like that - I've just never seen it done. Hey - if you don't ask, you'll never know - right??!? Thanks for the explanation!

Re: AIR BRUSH MAKEUP
Yes it does get sprayed on the face and sometimes other parts of the body and it does not clog the pores. It looks very natural and feels light on the face and does not wear off till you wash it off. The biggest benefit is it camouflages any skin imperfections.Any other questions you would have to ask my future mother-in-law because this is all I know about it, except being able to do special effects like zebra and leapord hair and temporary tattoos.
By the way she does not sell any products she justs does makeup. In fact she just finished doing makeup for an independant film with special effects and does makeup for commercial photography, and has worked on the Joeffry Ballet.
She would never pressure anyone for a job, if you do a free bridal trial with her and book her that's great if you don't there's no hard feelings.

Re: AIR BRUSH MAKEUP
Too funny girls...FYI - Shamma used the same girl I'm using, I actually got her name from Shamma, I think, after JN was booked on my date.
She used Jennifer from Fairytale Makeovers.

Re: AIR BRUSH MAKEUP
i was at the cwc this past monday and the make up lady was there--i am not sure of her name-i would have to go check if it is jade--but she did have her airbrush set up---she was located downstairs in the corner by the tuxedos---so there is a real lady who does airbrush from the cwc---as for the poster-i am not sure who that is!!!Welcome New Vendors
