Yesterday FH & I booked our airfare for our HM and let me tell you girls the second it's available book it cause it's going up fast. We looked on Thursday night and it was one price but we didn't book it because I wanted to wait for the weekend. Well yesterday (saturday) my dad read something in the paper about fuel charges going up and told me I better book my airfare fast, so I check and it was $130 MORE in just 2 days!!! Luckily I managed to figure out a way to book it through different airlines to get a price that was only $40 more. But these increases are no joke, I know most of your dates aren't even available yet for airfare but when they are book them fast this is already the 4th increase this year.

I heard that Wednesdays are the best days to purchase flights. I don't know why...

Thanks for the info....I'm looking into leaving the tuesday or wednesday after my wedding....hopefully it will be cheaper to fly during the week
