Alice in Wonderland themed wedding... (scroll down - I need help!!!!)
I found these and now I want to have an Alice in Wonderland themed wedding...
I'm not sure my BM dresses go with the theme and I would definitely need to completely redo my invitations (so I guess it is a good thing I don't have a new proof yet!!! LOL)
But can I pull it off without making it look like a circus?

As a Halloween bride, I think anything is possible to pull off while still maintaining that classy wedding edge. Maybe a play off of the 'Queen of Hearts' since hearts make people think of love?

I was thinking that maybe if I just do something with the stationary aspect of it...
I could use the 'drink me' tags for the wine favors and then at the top of the menu maybe have it say eat me or do you think the RH would put the 'eat me' picks in everyones entrees?
My place card holders are little victorian chairs, I can either scrap them and get the topiary ones to kind of go with the red queen's garden or keep the victorian chairs to go with the mad hatter's tea part theme and then on the place cards have a tea pot on the side but keeping everything similar to the font/print style of these tags...
All of my flowers were going to be red so that works and my BM dresses are going to be black.
I could also look for menus and programs that would match the font/look of these cards.
As for my invitations I would have to talk to her and see if she can do something a little more along these lines or find someone else to do them.
But that would really be the extent of it. I could add curly willows to the top of my centerpieces to give it more of the mad hatter feel and then swap out the stands from the glass vases to something maybe a little more atique looking. And then maybe do half high and half low to give it some more dimension...

I like the chairs more than the trees. I think it is more of the 'tea party' feel. I would also see if the hall could put the eat me tags in teh cake rather than everyone's dinner.
I like the drink me tags for the wine favors.
ETA: I would def do a mad hatter cake!!! In the checkered red, black and white of the queen of hearts!

My shower is Mad Hatter Tea party themed. I can ask my sis and my mom for some tips on where they got some Alice's themed stuff. My sister made my invites. and my mom got really cute tea cup favors too.
