last night FH woke me up that there was crazy water outside, and a bad flood, i thought he was being dramatic
OMGGGG girls!!! we went outside and water was up to my thighs!!!
my car was fulll of water and sitting wiating for it to go back down was terrible- we used all the towels we own, a wet vacum for about 2 hrs, even red solo cups we were scooping out the water
thank gd we got most of it out this morning
uhhhh, my cars 2 months old!! this isnt righttt---- pray for sunshine to evaporate some of the water! so that my car doesnt stink for everrrrr

Oh NO!!!
It was TERRIBLE on my block last night!! I have a house; but two blocks up are apartments with parking in the the back (a low set parking lot) when i was walking our dog last night; the water was above the wheels on almost every car!!
My car flooded once before and it was bad!! Had to dry vacuum and i think it had that mold smell for a while!

It took us an hour to get home yesterday on the Belt Parkway coming from Howard Beach t Nassau. Parts of the Belt were flooded for two exits. I was soo annoyed.

by Sole--- water was past my knees- not ajoke- even the cops couldnt move their cars- farmer joels was flooded- all the way across oceanside road and down to foxhurst, ive never see it this bad before ever

I was coming from the Island to Howard Beach and could not believe what I had to float through I won't even say drive .....I could not believe I made it home and through those lakes not even puddles

i drove from AC yesterday- we sat in 5 hrs of traffic because we left early, and then i came home to the rain

That happened to my friend a few years ago! His car was parked in the garage of his apt building and it flooded- so they paid for a new car....any chance that is your case? If you are parked in a spot assigned by an apartment building, they should have insurance to cover, or maybe your own car insurance?
