porn doesn't bother me at all- as long as it's not on display...but he keeps it hidden...

If it was excessive amounts of it, then yes, I think it would be an issue..

I have no basis of comparison of whats a lot and whats 'a little' having grown up around all women. (lol yes I saw the stash). i freaked a bit - but lets talk about this girls...what do you think is a reasonable amount for them to have...how frequently is NORMAL for viewing it?? just curious. is it like twice a month or ? how much makes it time to call dr. melphie!

Video clips that he was keeping from me..I'd be upset.. Im pretty open with porn...not to sound disgusting...but if it was kept secret from me..i'd be mad.

that sounds like DH's computer. i have no problem with it. each clip is like 30 seconds (no wonder why he has so many). as long as it doesn't interfere w/ our lives, i have no problem with it at all. now if he was hiding it all, sneaking away just to watch, trying to get me out of the house so we could watch, then i think that's a problem.

now i feel crazy! lol I've known about fh's 'car parts' folder for some time...and at first he was open about it until i commented on how it made me upset. he changed the name on the folder to car parts but kept downloading more. i found it and we had a talk and it upset me that he enjoyed watching these dirty W*$R35 do nasty things. I'm not a prude when it comes to him...I think I do my best to keep him happy...although i have boundaries as to what i feel uncomfortable with. there is only one thing he's kind of into that i refuse to do.

we've been together 8 yrs...and it seems silly to let that affect me...but it really does. it makes me feel inadequate as a lover.I don't want him looking at other women and fantasizing about them...

he has never cheated...i know this with 100% certainty...but still it bugs me. I kinda feel its a sin of lust because its not me turning him on.

he has a bit of porn but not a ton. I actually had more dvd's then him. We combined our collections but it doesn't come out too often anymore - kinda been there done that thing.

We more or less like the funnier porn we can poke fun of over drinking a few beers and having friends over.

Easy solution....watch it with him..it will be uncomfortable at first but pretend you are someone else....watch it and let it 'turn you on' too...then you two can share the experience and you wont feel intimidated....it will spice of your love life...he will be appreciative that you would do that with him too...you may enjoy it.. there's nothing wrong with you enjoying it to.. 50 clips - thats it???? just kidding I don't really have any problem with it as long as there is nothing illegal in it (which FH does not have - thank goodness). I know he looks at in on the computer and that lots of his friends send him clips and such. He usually shows me most of it. If he was hiding it then I would be concerned, but since he is not obsessed with it and since it doesn't detrack in anyway from our relationship its fine.

he doesnt download it but I've seen it in his history.

I was really upset that i had to find out by sneaking on his computer.. i brought it up with him and he said his friends sends him links and they turn out to be porn... he said he wont do it again..

a few months later I checked his history and i found a few links to porn.. i havent said anything yet(i dont know if i should)... but it does make me upset..

I mean we've watched porn together in the past alot but it just makes me upset that he is not telling me and its without me....

i don't think he is watching it bc of you, i think thats where the issue comes in play and why it bothers you. Just remember it doesn't mean its bc youre not attractive or not good in bed or anything. Guys have been watching porn since they were young teenagers its just a thing they have, does not reflect how he feels about the relationship

Denise you couldn't have put it better. Men watch porn, especially now that it's soo accessible. It has nothing to do with you but everything to do with them. I'm not bothered at all by FH watching porn...he's going to do it anyways and I'd rather know. JMO
