Anyone get their FH's wedding band engraved?

I was thinking about doing this...I was wondering if anyone else had this done and if you did, what did it say? I was thinking about 'I Love You' and our date 8/22/04. What do you think? Thanks

I had it engraved. He always tells me I love you Forever and always! So I got 'forever' engraved in his band and he got 'always' in mine.

I really like that!
we don't really have anything cute like that & I don't think i really want to do anything if its not creative or special.

My parents have their wedding bands engraved. I am going to.

Thanks Girls.. I hope he likes it..I think I might do it as a surprise.. but not sure if I will be able to do both rings without him finding out..

We are - We wanted to put 'Forever and a day' from the song 'Always' by Bon Jovi
put i dont know if that is too long?

It should fit. We used our wedding song and the date in both of them. So they say 'I Will Always Love You 5/15/04' Mine is tight but, his looks great. We just got it Sat. Great song by the way.
