Anyone have a FH that isn`t excited about wedding plans?

It is ok, and I know it was not your intention. I am sorry too. Sometimes it is hard to take what someone means with E-mail. But I apologized to everyone so I hope this is the end of it. Great luck planning and thanks for the emails. Denise

Learning from the posts...

What I see is that different people are getting help in different ways, and that is great. I don't have a really involved bridal party as my MOH is in S. Jersey and my BM is in CT. My mother passed away, so my FH has really stepped up and has helped me 100% (I am not bragging ;-) ). I think when people see you need help, whether it is due to an indifferent FH or lack of people to help, as in my case, we should all be thankful for the help we do receive. I know I was overwhelmed when the planning started! I am so thankful he's involved, right down to offering to help me dress shop. He knows I am dreading not having my mother to help me. I don't know if I want him to go though. Maybe too much help is a bad thing??!!

Diane is he helping you shop for your dress?

I have a good friend who was so excited when she got her dress that she showed her now husband. They were very non-traditional. Spent the night before the wedding together, etc. I was just wondering if he is helping you dress shop for BM dresses or your dress. Crazy as it sounds, I don`t know if I will be able to get a dress and NOT show or describe it in detail to my FH! We are so corny like that. I knew the day he was going to propose a month in advance because he was so excited that he dropped too many hints. Not that I`m bragging... Becky
