I did and it was the perfect size for us. We invited 112 and about 90 people came.

Our final count was 105 6 of them were kids.

Yup. Only inviting about 100. My room only needs a minimum of 65. When I tell some people it's small, only 100 people being invited, I usually get people saying that's far from small. But I guess compared to the people that invite 300 peple it is.

Yep! Mine is at the end of this month. We invited 111; 95 are coming and 4 are kids.

We are - our minimum is 100 so I'm hoping we make it and I really can't afford to go over it by that much!!

Our min is 90 but unfortunately our guest list has exploded so we keep tweaking it.

Mine is small too. I'm guessing it will be between 70 and 80 people.

Yes, we had a small wedding. We invited about 100 and had 66 (we were aiming for 70-75). I loved it! My friend, who had a large wedding, said she wished she could have done a small wedding. It is really intimate, and I was able to talk to every single guest without ever feeling like my time was dropping away, I had time to eat, dance, talk to friends, etc.

Okay great feedback!! i just felt the same way when I told people this..

i come from a big family but we refuse to invite the nation... we wanted to keep our room so we have control of the guestlist - i was going to get a bigger room - but then i would be tempted to invite more ( as per FH) lol
