ohh i just saw your post. I've heard ppl tell me the loooooove the firm!!!!

I do love it! (when I do it ) Especially if you stick with the print out of the schedule which shows you which tape to do which day and how many days for the week. It's an excellent workout series and really great for those without enough money to join a gym and who don't relish the idea of going walking/running in the winter.

Okay that's it, now I'm motivated! I'm gonna go home and start tonight!

...or at least I'll try!

I hate my stomach! I really need to start doing crunches and cut out all the junk I eat to get a flat stomach. But I love food, so it's so hard for me! Help!!!!

Ooh, a fellow carb freak. I can't WAIT for the Anti-Atkins diet, when some scientist discovers that a new way to lose weight is to eat only carbs (as opposed to the Atkins diet where you can't eat any). Mmm... imagine, 'I'll have a heaping serving of pasta with a side of baked potato topped with stuffing, and some peanut butter cookies - no wait, too much protein - better make that sugar cookies. To go, please.'

I mean really, friends of mine are melting away eating nothing but bacon cheeseburgers and, I don't know, lard. They're so gross. Anyway, why not?

Once i tried eating only steamed veggies and white rice. I definately lost weight. I just eat sooo much junk food, and now i discovered Fairway in plainview and its like heaven.

I have been on weight watchers for about 14 weeks and I have lost 20 pounds..I know it is not that much but it is slow and steady and I hope to keep it off.

If anyone goes to a gym in massapequa area, that could be fun to start working out and eating healthy. I just need alot of motivation

okay so I'm home now and I'm not doing the firm. See this is where I run into the problem where I just don't wanna do it.

Re: anyone on a diet?

Would it be terrible if I waited until after Thanksgiving to start a serious excercise routine? Thanksgiving is a huge holiday at my house and stuff is already partially set up for it in the basement which is where I work out and my father is down here making his lunch (I don't exercise in front of people lol)

I know i'm making excuses. Maybe I'll lift some weights while watching TV and do some crunches.

btw does anyone else have a thing about not exercising in front of family members? I hate when people are just standing there watching me.

Grrr... I used to work out. Then I got lazy. Then I got engaged, quit smoking, and am in between jobs. I'm going away in 2 weeks... I think I should be on a diet Oh and I belong to Synergy, so I really should go!
