Yeah, see under my name it says member since 11/01. That can't be right. I got engaged in September of 2000. I found this not long after I got engaged and was on all of 2001 then got married in 2002...

Since early 2002. I got engaged on 12/24/01, lurked for a bit and then joined in early 2002.

ETA: Denise, I think mine is wrong, too. I just noticed that it said 12/01, but I know I did not join right after I got engaged. I was hesitant to talk to a bunch of strangers

another old timer here...its over 3 years now...

I know I read for a month or so before I posted. I think Erica/Yabbobay was the first to reply to one of my posts!

We got engaged in June, and I started posting in July 2001.

I still cant believe how long I have been on here, I still read the boards or write everyday! I miss some of my old chatting buddies. But the boards are still a lot of fun!

Me too, don't get time to post much with a child now. I lurked for awhile, so I know I was here in 2000 (I got engaged in 2000). I remember the old format too, one board, all posts with the replies right underneath, visible.

I have been here since late 2000. I dont remember how I found this board. I was probably just surfing around for wedding stuff.
I found most of my vendors through this board.

Hehe - you got engaged on my 29th b/day!

I got engaged 2/22/03 and joined sometime in April. I think I found the site doing a search for LI weddings - not knowing there was an actual site with the same name.
