I stay out of all the drama on this forum, but feel compelled to say something here....

It blows my mind that a thread about labels can cause so much drama.

Let's just remember why we're all here.

is it really that daramtic? its a few posts with people disagreeing. No biggie. At least to me...

seriously? marymoon is being totally jumped on!

So, maybe she made a mistake in her choice of words. Don't you ever make mistakes? I don't think I've ever met anyone that was really perfect.

Of course, but it's not being directed at you. And I'm sure if it was being directed at you, you'd have an entirely different opinion then to say it's no biggie.

As I said before, if you say something mean or nasty, we will call you out on it.

I have been called out and that's fine, it happens to the best of us. I am not losing any sleep tonight over this so it is not that big of a deal. I thought she should know how I felt, that's all.

The people who bring up old threads which were COMPLETELY different in nature and say 'you get what you give' and 'true colors' are the ones who are saying it's 'no biggie'...

You're the ones who turned it from an admittedly poor choice of words into a huge deal.

And clearly I can 'take' what I 'dish out' because I can't even count how many things I liked that ahve been called tacky or people said they hated it, and I did NOT jump all over them, at all

Roll your eyes all you want, it's true. But I guess it's better to bring it up fully than to drop little hints.

Quick question: Lipglossjunky are you even using clear labels anymore??

I just have to add clear labels cant be cheap if it cost more to buy them than to print directly on the envelope. Just playing devils advocate...

If I see something I really dont like on this board and I cant put it nciely I dont say nothing at all...

Hahaha - good point! I think they were 'arguing' over what is cheap (cost-wise) and what is cheap (style-wise)

I , for one , would never call anything anyone did tacky or cheap looking, that is just me. Let it go already

very good point- it actually would have cost me more to DIY- b/c I would have buy a good printer and the supplies ( plus mess ups)- instead of pay the $1.75 to have each one done for me- it's all relative
