April 17th...

Waiting for my invites to come in. Will be emailing my guest list to the company doing my envelopes. Hopefully I can get as quick a turnaround as I need to get them out by Feb. 16....

We shopped for rings last weekend, and are going again tomorrow or Saturday and will hopefully settle on what we want.

Haven't scheduled fittings yet. I hope to have my first fitting the last week in February.

When I called, Denise Venti told me she was already booked and Clarin Cohen said she had another wedding to do that day, but she might have time to fit me in.

I booked Denise in September -- super early, but I had heard such amazing things about her I didn't want to take a chance.

Clarin does fabulous work. My wedding is at 1:00, so if yours is an evening wedding, maybe she could do us both!

don't be sorry! i just thought it was funny that it was another LIW bride that booked them. I've heard great things about both of them, but I was a little behind on the hair and makeup stuff. Clarin actually told me that she could try to fit me in before you (my ceremony is at 11am), but I didn't want to worry about her being rushed in order to get to you in time. I ended up booking Jillian from Gorgeous faces who I loved and I decided to use my regular stylist for my hair. I feel so comfortable knowing that she will be doing it, but I didn't really want to have to go to the salon at 6am. i don't think it will be too bad though. i probably won't be able to get to sleep anyway!

We just finished stuffing our invites last night! Tonight we are sealing and sending! (thank you Hicksville for having a 24hr. post office!!!!)
Whew! what a chore!!

That's so cool. My mom is going to mail the invites on Monday morning! It's so close...only 70 days! What do you have left to do?

We still need tuxes...make the favors (I bought all the stuff)...placecards...I'm sure there are a million other things also.

we just got our rings and BM and GM gifts crossed off last night (yea!)

We still have:
food tasting
pick readings and songs for church
register for more stuff
parents gifts
and when the invites come back: buying the candles and votives for the tables and
place cards

I have about 10 appointments coming up for hair trial, makeup trial, flowers, DJ, priest, photographer, my fittings, BM fittings.... I don't know how I'm going to do this!
and i'm sure I'm forgetting stuff!!
