Hi Girls!
I am constantly on the verge of tears or sleepiung since I feel exhausted. This semester was not a good idea to take 2 grad school classes. I have been going outta my mind and not getting my LI/NYC wedding fixes in. HELP!
I am sure it will all come together, it has to right?
I have to p/u rings I hope they call soon.
get settled with flowers my florist is not reliable and I have been trying to reach her for 2 weeks.
I have to do favors, gift bags, slipper basket, oh you know the drill all the little things that are killing me. The big stuff was easy compared to this. OK I will not complain anymore with only 45 days but I HATE this wedding.I want it over ASAP..Isn't that sad
RSVP's are due in one week and I am missing a whole page...HELLO??? Where is everyone????
Anyone else wanna do a run-away bride thing??

I'm totally with you - I am so sick of it all and you're are absolutely right - the detail little things are worse than the big stuff. And everyone says 'oh you have the big things out of the way, its easy' - no its not, this is the annoying stuff. I was so exhausted and now haven't done a lot in the last 3 days and feel guilty for it. I just have like no energy left. ANd I'm also missing RSVPs. I'm up for the runaway bride...

So, I have 44 days until my wedding.

We've ordered the flowers.
All the men have gotten fitted.
All the dresses are in.
We have all the accessories for my bm/moh.
We've ordered both cakes.
We've decided on our menu, decor, and flowers.
We're finishing up addressing the invitations. Only about 40 more invites to address.

What else should I have to do??

I finished my ring bearer pillows!!!!!!!!!!

We have to do the programs and pick a unity candle.

WE ARE 16 DAYS AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow...for the first time I actually have updates:

- booked rehearsal dinner (April 28)
- put down deposit for groom's cake
- finished the table number votives
- finished the kid's favors
- we're doing our final menu tomorrow night!

now i'm waiting on the effing RSVP's...

where did you decide for your RD? we are catering in, chinese food

grooms cake...is this for the RD...I figured we'd get a cake. I have no problemo calling it a grooms cake!

I started the placecard votives last night.
have almost everything I need for the favors
have the formats pretty much done for my table numbers and favor tags
need program ideas..

I can't wait for this to be over.

I had my 'Last Lei' this weekend...it was my bachlorette party with a hawaiian theme....had a blast.

-I ordered our wedding rings
-Favors came in
-place card holders came in
-bought table name holder
-bought best men gifts
-bridal party have their dresses for alterations
-my scrap book I ordered for the photo guest book came in

Still need to do:
-finalize wedding program
-buy material for baskets and pillow for FMIL to make
-buy film and pens for photo guest book
-get shoes dyed
-make table name cards
-WAITING FOR DRESS TO COME IN

-I got the call to select menus..I just need to actually talk to the girl...been playing phone tag
-all of the little stuff that I have mentioned above still has to be done.

Yes, the groom's cake is for the RD, got it from www.sugarcoatedinc.com....baseball theme for Ricky...(duh)...better than the wrestling one with american flags he wanted originally...

my church run through is at 8:30 annoying.

I am splitting it up...dinner at 6:30, walk over to church (2 blocks away) at 8, rehearsal from 8:30-9, go back to house for cake and gift giving...

I had a big day yesterday with those little detail things..
I went to Tri-County and picked up our rings
Brought my Old Navy hoodie to be embroidered (it took less than 15 minutes and it was done)
picked out my maids jewlery (I got a great deal!)
Then I went with Gina674 to look at cakes and picked out my cake. Black Forest Bakery, it looks so good!! I know it will taste better.
So many things crossed off!!
I have my fitting today at 4pm oh yeah and I have to put the deposit down on my florist today too...My floral troubles are over...I am going with Anna from National Floral in Bellmore. I am so happy

Ok a few updates....

Had my fitting yesterday. Either I need to lose 5 lbs off my hips or I need the dress taken out. So needless to say, I will be hitting the gym and adjusting my diet every day until the wedding.

Next fitting is April 8th.

Thanks to Darlene, favors are wrapped. (Still have to wrap the truffles)

We Do letters are finished. Since I changed the color scheme I had to do new ones, but I like the new ones a lot better.

Initial cake topper almost done. Stupid me bought small rhinestones. When it's done there will be about 1,000 rhinestones on it!!!

FH said he will help me with the card box today. He's finally willing to help me out with the projects.

Will buy earrings, bracelet, rest of BM gifts today.

Going on Tuesday for semi-final appt at hall to go over menu and seating arrangements.

Have to call all the damn people who still have yet to RSVP. It's beginning to piss me off because some of these people I have left messages for, and they STILL have not gotten back to me!! Now I'm just going to tell them if I don't hear from them by tomorrow they're being marked as no.

Hardly anything left to do other than appointments with vendors!! Holy crap!!!!

tonight we finally figured out the tuxes and the favors came today!

still need to do (among other things I'm sure I'm forgetting)
finalize CPs and boks
music-choose songs!!
ok, I seriously just got overhwelmed and don't want to continue this list!

Trying to think of what I really have left to do because I don't think there's much left!!!

Print programs (waiting on outline from officiant)
Go over song list
Placecards
Seating arrangements
Harass people who haven't RSVP'd
Buy earrings & bracelet
Get GM gifts
Get 1 more batch of BM gifts
Come up with must take photo list
Hit the gym!!

I finished the seating chart!!! I am just waiting on Mom and Dads approval

I still have a lot left to do:

- Programs
- Placecards
- Bridal party itinerary
- OOT boxes
- Make Bridemaids Ts!
