Aww! I'm already having things bumped for me. I feel loved.

We have the major things booked: Hall, church, HM, rehearsal dinner, limo bus, flowers, etc. The BM dresses have been ordered and my gown came in March. (Yes, I am not a last minute planner.) We picked the invitations, but are working on the wording to officially order. We ordered his ring on Monday and plan on getting mine this Monday.

I am having a problem figuring out what to get my BM. I thought jewelry, but not everyone has their ears pierced and everyone has different tastes. (Plus, I'm allergic to so much jewelry that I can't force someone to wear what I pick) Then I thought purses filled with nice toiletries and/or mini liquor bottles. But purses come with the BM dresses. Eh, I guess this is the least of my worries.

I started looking at BM dresses today!

GIRLS!! I have good news on the wedding planning front...last week I went with my JR Maids and flower girls and found their dresses last Sunday I went with my big maids and bought thier dresses AND ..drumroll...I got my dress..I actually found it a lot cheaper and OK I am on a budget so I bought a sample dress from Wisconsin. It saved me over $1,000. I am so Happy!! I guess there will be a wedding after all
Moving along my next thing to tackle is invitations. Grrrrr...I am not looking forward to this one..Oh and I guess I will take over getting the limo since FH has not stepped up.
Any new news with anyone else??

CTarantino, nice on getting your gown so cheap! I got mine at 10% of the cost, so I was so excited too!

By the way, when are we supposed to start alterations? I've heard anywhere from 2-6 months before. Can anyone shed light on this?

You have been very, very busy.
I am so impressed (and jealous).

Nothing much new here except I got FH's wedding band. I still have to find mine and figure out the damned HM.

I'm still debating on whether or not I should order favors now or wait until our RSVPs come in!!!

My dress is coming in Nov. 20th, but I don't plan on starting fittings until late January.

After holiday eating there is no way I am going in January...more like Feb.
I am going to do invitations online to save money too! Anyone recommend a good and reliable place???

Hello Ladies! How is everyone coming along with their planning?

We booked our photographer this week.


Now it is on to music, flowers and BM dresses.

YEAH!!!
Way to go!! We are getting there. Soon we will be caught up yeah right!
I am going for invites soon..hopefully by the end of this month.

Finally...my MOH ordered her dress today!!!! Now I have one more BM to order her dress and that's it.

She called FH today and apologized profusely, but I told him it's crunch time. The dresses have to be ordered by next week. And I am out of patience. I've been relaxed for 2 months, but it's time to crack the whip. We're going over their house on Thursday to see the baby, so hopefully by next weekend this saga will be done.

I am now in search of my wedding band. The ones I end up liking are out of my budget. I may stick with the one that came with my e-ring.

As for the HM I am close to giving up. I've done so much research that I am exhausted. Anyone want to help??
