I said i wanted to be a teacher for ever but deep down i always wanted to be famous (model actress)
i work for a production studio...i want to be an editor...but I COULD be famous one day so...not living my dream yet...im gettin there

Well, I WAS, sort of... I always wanted to be a magazine editor (since early HS), and went to school for it and graduated with a degree in magazine journalism - but I graduated in December 2001, so getting a job in NYC around that time was really hard...
So I wound up working for trade magazines on LI and got stuck there and hated the company I worked for.
I thought about law school but wasn't sure I could make the commitment, so I got my paralegal certificate instead but then couldn't find jobs doing that unless I was willing to go down to entry level...
And somehow I wound up doing marketing for a company that does litigation consulting! So I guess my writing/communications background and paralegal certification somehow came together in the end!

Well I wanted to be a singer and dacer since i was younger so nope ever since I saw forest gump that dream was shot

lol, ME TOO! but i figured that i probably wouldnt be able to find a job and Aqauriums only hire so many people.

no, when i was younger i didn't know what marketing was!! lol...but after i took a few classes in college i realized it was def what i wanted to do!!
when i was little i always thought i'd be a vet...but then i realized i hate blood. so that dream was pretty much shot down.

when I was little I always wanted to be a teacher. Once I was in high school I attended cosmetology school and went into the fashion industry. Overall I am happy where I am, but sometimes I still think about what it would be like to teach littl kids.

you are soooo going to be famous - my mom says it every time we watch Rachel Ray together I really have faith in you!
And don't forget the little people!
As for me, I thought I would be married with at least 2 kids at the age of 25 but I will just be getting married. I also thought I could be a SAHM but that won't be happening.
I am really happy with where I am with my job and our marriage plans so it is all good

If you told me in high school that I'd be a guidance counselor, I'd have laughed in your face. I thoguht I was going to be a lawyer.
But I love what I do, it's my third year, and I can't see myself doing anything else.

I always wanted to be teacher...well this was my first year teaching! Although I am counting the days till summer...which is just a charactersitic I believe...I would not have it anyway. I think I might want to try early intervention.. hmmm how do I get in that field?

Definitly not! When I went to college I thought I was on track to be an orthopaedic surgeon, but then I realized I couldnt even handle cadaver lab let along people that bleed haha. So then I was going to be a teacher, and after all that school, I hated it, now I'm a personal trainer/coach/movement and sports teacher for kids!

Nope! I don't think I knew how my life would turn out but I never thought I'd be 23 and engaged and I didn't think I'd be a nurse either. I always thought I'd be doing something artsy but I find that science is a little bit of a better fit. I really like what I do and anything that I don't like about my job will be at any job.

i always wanted to be a doctor... then i realized i hated policys and felt liek i woudl just be pushing them away for new patients once they were better...
i wanted to go into psychiatry... again the doctor medicine aspect.. nah not for me...
social work... the best of both worlds... im in school, interning adn im finally doing what i realized i wanted to do my whole life....
i love it.

I wanted to do psychology and be a therapist. As a nurse you can get your masters in psychiatric nursing and do therapy and prescribe medications but I learned I didn't like psych as much as I thought I would. The theory is interesting but the practice is not for me!

no a chance in hell!! i passed out everytime i got blood taken... i heve at the sight of blood... oh and i kicked the nurse when i got shots....Never wanted to be anything cuz i was going to be a MOM and that was it!!!
dont get me wrong i still really just want to be a mom but now-a-days its impossible! so im doing the one thing in life i always HATED.... im going to be a NURSE!! and prob one of the worst ones since i stil have a weak stomach!
