we are closing on our 1 bedroom co-op, paying for most of the wedding, honeymoon, furniture honestly i dont know how the next few months are going to go especially when my fh wants all these gagets and huge tv's.

im gonna have to get use to being broke!!!!!!

I would advise that u reevaluate how much you are spending on the wedding. If you can make some things yourself and cut back you can save for a downpayment on a home. FH and I decided to wait 2 years so that we can ssave for our home in PA (no way we were gonna live in NY). It took 2 years of saving almost every penny to make it happen. Most of the wedding stuff is paid for b/c i started early.

well at least Im not alone. I need to do something about this soon because it is making me sick to think that we will have to find a place to live that is reasonable and allows dogs.

I wish life were easier..... why does everything have to be so hard and such a sacrafice??!!??

You're not alone booba...there are actually plenty of us out there in your same predicament.

We are renting in a two-family home until we decide to expand our 'family.'

At this time in our lives, we have decided that we don't need a home b/c it's just the two of us, and it'll be a good three to five years before we even begin to think about children.

I am marrying some ones who OWNS a mortgage company and we rent

I feel your pain- people- ok my family and his hound us all the time about it

but why shold we buy something we don't want- just to buy something!
