Any recommendations for places to stay in Aruba for a honeymoon?? Doesn't have to be all-inclusive, we are flexible :) Just want to pick a place that we hear good feedback on! Thanks

We are going in August...we are staying at Riu...there are apparently only two all inclusives...Riu and Occidental. We were staying at Occidental but recently our travel agent encouraged us to switch due to current raves about riu...2 friends we know stayed at riu and loved it.
If you are using a travel agent definitely ask there opinion.
I heard that the Marriot and Hyatt(not all inclusive) are nice as well.

We are staying at the Hyatt Casino & Resort. A really nice girl on here emailed tons and tons of info on Aruba and we based our decision on that. I can forward you her emails if you'd like.

I stayed at the Marrtt and loved it. Aruba is such a fabulous place! You must do the Kuku Kanuku! Lol. :) it's fun!! There are some really great restaurants as well!

I went to aruba twice..it is beautiful!!! The first time we booked the Occidental but they overbooked our room n put us in the hyatt..soo beautiful but its not all inclusive..the next time we stayed at the Occidental..I'm a very picky eaTter so I was not impressed with the dinner at this hotel but the restraunts on the island are amazing!! The breakfast n lunch buffets were also good! Good luck to u all

The Occidential is BEAUTIFUL and RIGHT off the beach. DH and I can't wait to go back.
I did also hear that the Rui is FANTASTIC but HIGHLY expensive (I don't know off hand though). We were going to book there but it was out of our price range - it was just a family vacation.
DEF check out the Occidential. I have sent 4 people there and they all come back RAVING!
