Hello all:

Ron has asked me to help him coordinate an LIW event this summer at Shea Stadium.

LIW will be hosting a group outing to a Met game at Shea Stadium this summer, with a tailgate party before or after the game depending on the time. I have posted a poll with 4 prospective dates, along with the time each game starts.

Please vote in the poll, but also PLEASE RESPOND TO THE THREAD WITH THE DATE YOU CAN LIKELY ATTEND, WHETHER YOU CAN ATTEND, AND HOW MANY PEOPLE YOU ARE BRINGING. SPOUSES ARE INVITED

THERE WILL BE A CONTEST AT THE EVENT WITH PRIZES TO BE AWARDED

DEADLINE FOR LETTING ME KNOW IS MARCH 15TH 2005 AND AT THAT POINT, I WILL FM RON WITH THE DATE AND HEAD COUNT.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE YOU COMMIT TO COMING AND YOUR TICKETS ARE ORDERED, YOU OWN THE TICKETS, SO SHOULD YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SELLING THE TICKETS TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

I will bump this thread regularly as a reminder.

Looking forward to seeing/meeting you all.

Please FM me with questions.

Don

I'm definitely interested in August dates, since FH is taking the Bar Exam in the end of August.

and lots of luck and love to JAX430, hoping she finally gets matched with an internship site! they all don't know what they are missing

This sounds completely awesome!! I'm going to drag FH and maybe my bro. I picked this game because of the 3 o'clock time. It might be easier for the tailgate party!! Can't wait!

I will vote for July 16....but any of the dates would probably work for me. Too bad we can't make this GTG at the METS/YANKEES game at shea....now, that would be cool
