we just got choice of chicken, prime rib and salmon. the vegetarian dish might be pasta. we only got one of the pasta dishes at the cocktail hour (you can pick the pasta station at cocktail hr.)

nope, pasta wasn't one of the choices--- just 4 different kinds of salads, and fruit i believe. ask your bm, they might be able to change something for ya.

then the last two are of my reception room (suburban rm.) and light fixture.

theres planty of pasta options in the cocktail hour

but dealing with the Italian's myself, I know what your mom wants

My FFIL has already called my BM (w/o my knowing) to arrange to add on a few things

I keep picturing him going in there and making Jeff an 'offer he cant refuse'

FH and I are TRYING to find a centerpeice that will look good in the new Emerald room

Did you hear in the latest guest review about the bride who threw her bok and broke the chandelier in on of the rooms?

I wonder which one it is

I go to the crest hollow tomorrow and give them my final head count and seating arrangements, i'm just upset i had to make 2 tables oval. I hope it looks good.

I have an appointment with Joe to look over the menus on Aug 12th. What items did you all pick? Anyone ever try any of the items? We are pretty definate on prime rib but there are many choices for chicken and 2 for fish (white sole? or Salmon).. so many choices =)
