Attracted like he is hot...or attracted on an emotional level? I think there is a big difference..I can say I check guys out alot...but I would never do anything with them..I think it is human nature...and what makes it a marriage and a commitment is to not act on this impulses...

I believe we are all animalistic at the core of us :)

I totally agree! I definitely find other guys attractive, however to me no one can even compare to my DH. I love him for everything (his looks, personality, sense of humor, his heart, his family, etc <-- I can go on and on!). But I would be lying if I said that I don't think anyone else in the world is good looking. That does not make me love my husband any less. And I am not a fool either, I am sure he looks at an attractive woman that walks by him (I do too). But at the end of the day their is no doubt in my mind that he is coming home to me!

of course we are still going to notice other guys, we are human, but it wouldn't matter because we all realize that we have someone even better that we can't wait to marry!!!!

I'm not even shy about me finding other guys attractive. If I see a hot guy, I say something! Need to alert the single friends!! FH doesn't care...he laughs at me...he says I'm equivalent to a construction worker cat-calling women. LOL

My FH will look at other women and we will rate them together. It's all in good fun. I'm okay with it. I know he loves me and as long as he does not act on his attraction then we are cool!

I think this is a healthy way to go. To be open and acknowledge together that there are other attractive people in the world, and to try to turn any insecurities into fun. It can be surprising too! There may be some gal you think your man would think is fine, and you end up being way off the mark.

In my mind FH is the hottest guy on the planet BUT I can recognize a handsome gent when I see one For me attraction goes way beyond the aesthetic. I have to be mentally stimulated to actually be 'attracted' to someone.

i think that just cause we are engaged/married girls, doesn't mean that we are going to NEVER have a single attraction to another man. and anyone who says they HAVE never or WILL ever have an attraction for another man on earth, is totally in denial!

think about it--when you swoon when Brad Pitt or Jake Gyllenhall is on the screen, it's cause you are ATTRACTED to him....just cause he's not in front of you, accessible, doesn't mean it isn't a genuine attraction.

we are human beings---and if we happen to find someone at work cute, or something, or are out at a bar and see a hunky guy and think 'Well he's hot!', i think its normal. now walking up to said hunk and jumping his bones...that's a different story.

i joke with FH that we both have our 'Top 5' list...5 celebrities that we are both allowed to f*** if the opportunity came up in real life! he's not jealous, nor am i!

I have to agree...

I'm married, not DEAD lol...

I mean, I'm still human and when my girlfriend started dating this new guy she really liked- she asked me if I thought he was cute and what am I going to say? 'Oh no, I can't comment b/c I'm married--- OUCH MY EYES ARE BURNING!!!!' Sorry, I'm just kidding around- but seriously, I said 'oh yeah honey- he's adorable! Nice eyes!' and that was that...

I even comment on women! There was a girl at a party the other night that had the most amazing boob job! They looked fantastic- So I said to my girlfriend Daniella (she wants one) that I would go with her to get them done- maybe we'll get a group rate!

But seriously, there are attractive people all over the place and when I see one-- I think, like most people 'oh what a dish!' and that's the end of it...

But of course- I would never act on anything like that, I mean- that goes w/o saying.

Sometimes FH and I will bet together and meet someone who happens to be attractive and we tell each other. It is almost inevitable, most people are drawn to beauty.
