I'm with you Rita...I love my body, love showing off, love having my picture taken. I've never been embarrassed changing in front of people...or showing a little skin.
However, (and this is the whole reason I asked the question), I worry this is a public site. What if someone you WORK with saw the pictures? (Of course, this all depends on your profession). I'm a teacher and def. could NOT have racy pictures of me on the web.
So I wanted to see what everyone's POV on this issue was!

I wouldn't because I will be a teacher soon (if they start hiring) and would not want that on the internet.
Maybe if there were some that were not so risky

If people find my shiitt on here oh well - like i said dont care if people see my skin - if I have some perv jerk off to me more power to them
I really don't think I have any lurkers out there anyway - not on purpose anyway
I wouldn't really show any racy ones
and believe me I have such pervs at my job I don't have to worry about it for professional reasons

I always said that I would post some pics of course only the ones that are most appropriate but lets face it your 100% right when you mention being professional for work and all and I think your being totally smart about the whole thing. Just a little FYI for all you teachers...my sister is also a teacher and one of her co-workers was recently fired for simply having a facebook site, the reason why she was fired was because someone else had posted something inappropriate on her site, so it wasn't even the poor girls fault but infortunately she had to pay the consequences. So, Def. think about your careers. I'm a nurse and def. wouldn't want those pics somehow getting into the wrong eyes. I prob would FM them to people who really wanted to see though!!

I actually thought that teachers weren't even allowed to have facebooks or anything like that. FH's cousin was over last night and he is a teacher and I was surprised that he had a facebook

Re: B-pics...spinoff question
Don't put anything on the internet you don't want on the front page of the newspaper.
I might post some of the more 'covered up' ones... but if you feel that it may jeopardize your career... when in doubt... don't
I don't have any lurkers either... but I work in a professional setting where it would be frowned upon if they were somehow unearthed.

I don't know if there is an actual law about it but I know that they are extremely against it, I would have to ask my sister the exact details but I know she would never make a facebook page herself because of soo many teachers losing their jobs over it.

I would post some up for a little while just to show them, but then I would take them down, because I'm not really sure if i have any lurkers (my sister might) and i dont know if i want those pics to be seen by lurkers

Teachers can have facebook profiles- its their PERSONAL life. I know a bunch of teachers I work with that have facebooks including my supervisor.
I have it on a private setting so no one can see my profile.

Re: B-pics...spinoff question
I would want to but probably wouldn't for professional reasons (lawyer). I hate having to be careful about stuff
I wouldn't post any, but just b/c I would be embarrassed for ppl to see me like that. I am so embarrassed that I'm not doing them even for FH. funny thing is that I am never embarrassed to change in front of ppl or to show any skin when going out - really not embarrassed about my body even before losing some weight, it's just these pix make me feel a bit silly - so not me. but I always am so proud of girls that do, that is so ballsy and confident, and that is what truly is sexy

I wouldn't; who knows what future employers are poking around here
