Re: bachelor parties

So far, I've been a part of three bachelor parties, and none of them have had strippers. I think if the BM is giving you his word not to worry, you should try to relax. A funny thing to point out- I think on the whole, there's a pretty sizable group of men that aren't really into strippers. Seriously! As I think about most of the folks coming to my bachelor party, there are only a couple that might even be into that. My bachelor decathalon is probably going to involve steak, poker, other gambling, whiskey and baseball.

The ladies are giving you good advice. GO out, have a few drinks, enjoy yourself, and trust that your FH is going to be alright and do right by you.

My FH is having a similar Bachelor Party. He doesn't even want the hassle of strippers, strip clubs or anything like it.

Re: bachelor parties

DW- my DH had 2 Bachelor parties! One in AC and another in AMSTERDAM! Yes I was worried but I know that he loves me and would never ever do anything to jeopardize that.... plus I did not feel too bad when I got the hot seat at mine!!! Here are some for you- you will be fine! (and so will he!)

Re: bachelor parties

If you trust FH and BM you have nothing to worry about! Go out and have a good time. My FH hates strip clubs and will go to a Knicks game with his boys and have a few drinks. Me and my girls are the real partiers so we will be painting the town red! Enjoy yourself and remember that is only one night and he is yours forever!

Re: bachelor parties

Honestly, I'll tell you my true feelings on this b/c i experienced it.

I was sooooooooooo worried about dh's bachelor party, that i think i lost weight from agonizing over it....hes not into strippers or strip clubs, but i really thought his best man (his brother) would take him to one

we had ours the same nite, both in AC-not in the same hotels/clubs tho. i admit, i was still nervous up until we walked into a club-and saw him and bachelor party right there!! my brother was also at the bachelor party-

he knew STRONGLY how my feelings were concerning bachelor parties....

it has nothing to do w/trust, im sure u trust him...it has to do w/the fact that u dont want some girl to rub up on him, and i completely understand that

some girls are different tho, they have no prob w/that

so-if u voice ur opinion/thoughts to him and his best man, im sure they will not do anything to make u upset!!!

damn this is long...sorry!

Re: bachelor parties

well i have to both of them and his best man said that i have nothing to worry about that he won't allow anything to happen and fh says trust me but then said even if we went to a strip club u have nothing to worry about but he also KNOWS .. how i feel about it all .. i've been making myself clear since um the night he proposed.. LOL
i know its all fun and games but are these nights really worth it .. i gues for the fun of it but def not for the stress
