For my bachelorette party, I am taking a limo with 9 girls into the city for the night. We want to do dinner and some kind of bar/club hopping after. Any suggestions as to where to go? The only suggestions I have gotten so far are awesome 80s prom and bar 13 or something like that. Do you have to dress up all 80s for the awesome 80s prom? Bc I do not want to do that, I want to dress nicely in a cute dress. I'd love to hear suggestions! TIA!

most ppl at the 80's prom seem to be dressed in 80's clothes but if you dont want to dont think you really have to.
Are you looking for something different though? if so how about 230 fifth, duvet, pink elephant, gansevoort, marquee
I loooove 80s music. If the culture club was open it would def be a no brainer that that would be where we would be going. However, obviously it is closed down. I was trying to find something close to that and awesome 80s was really the only suggestions i have gotten. If not, then I am just looking for a place to go out, drink, dance and have fun with the girls. Are any of those places good for that??? Thanks for your response!
Also try Joshua Tree, it's a bar in the city that plays 80's music, you could go there after dinner.

Re: Bachelorette party in the city
We did dinner, Awesome 80s prom, then ended the night at 'Hogs and Heffers' in the meat packing district. They made me get on the bar and dance - I never had so much fun in a bar! It's Coyote Ugly style so the bartenders make fun of the guys and they also blow flames from their mouths and they also dance too with you when you get up there. I was given this little 'spin the wheel' thing from my BM and probably got 5 free drinks there LOL! It really depends on the group you're with and how drunk you are when you get there - I def reccommend being intoxicated if you do decide to go haha!
