Is/did anyone NOT have one? I have like 2 friends, I feel like it will look pathetic, and I'd rather not have one at all. I'm old anyway!! Anyone else NOT want one or not have one for any particular reason?

B/c going out with 3 ppl will be a sad reminder that I dont have a lot of friends, and I'd rather not do ANYTHING than do something lame.

Im only having 3 MAYBE 4 - big maybe - come. I dont have any friends either. My sis/MOH and one BM are def going, one is not sure and the other is not responding.
I have no friends either. I shower everyday, but still cant wash the nerd off of me.

I know, Kim, but I feel so lame relying on all of you LIW girls, esp b/c most of the other girls will be married by then! I'd rather just stay home and eat a whole cake by myself and maybe some wine.

Re: Bachelorette Party Q
I do not understand why u can not appreciate the two friends that you do have. i'd rather have two good friends than a bunch of people that are so so friends. i do not understand-u do not ever go out with your friends because u worry that others would think u do not have enough friends? bachelorette party is just another day out with your friends, just something a bit more exciting than the local subway. a spa with two friends sounds normal to me. a broadway play with two friends sounds normal to me too. i and another friend took my friend to the show ' tina and tony's wedding' for her 'bachelorette party' it was a lot of fun. good luck.

Re: Bachelorette Party Q
To tell ya the truth, I am not really looking forward to mine.
I will be 30 next year and not that that is old but I just feel like, been there done that, type of thing.
I can't hang like I used to and although I have a good 14 people coming (some is family, I do not have a lot of friends either) it is just such an expense for people and I almost feel like it is a waste.
Whatever, We will go to a cool dinner do a little bar hopping at Nautical Mile, be chauffered (sp) around in a limo and go back to a hotel on the island.
I say do something small with however many friends you have and enjoy the fact that you are getting married and don't have to do that whole scene every weekend, hoping to meet someone

What makes you think I'm going to stop looking for men now that I'm getting married??

I think I just feel pathetic b/c I used to have a huge group of friends, however, they turned out to be b*tches, and now I have 2 girls in my BP, plus Toms sister, and then you girls... Plus, like I said, I'm feeling pathetic this week b/c I'm all alone everynight with my cats, and they dont respond when I ask them questions.
